Can’t say enough good things about Media City Animal Hospital. From the front desk staff, to the vet techs, to the doctors, to the lovely lobby and bathroom. Everyone is so caring and sweet. Dr. Rios is wonderful and thorough. And conservative in her treatment. I never feel pressured, or like they upsell or recommend unnecessary treatments. They truly care about animals and I always feel reassured when I leave. Thank you, MCAH!

Dr. Liz is amazing! We really appreciate her thorough care with our cat who needed extensive dental surgery and a small mass removed on his eye lid. Our cat is FIV+, so we are careful about which clinic we choose to provide him with routine care, and we are confident Media City Animal Hospital is the best in our area. The staff is always very friendly and courteous. It can get busy in the lobby at times, so if you have a nervous kitty I recommend bringing a small blanket to cover the carrier with. Thank you Media City Vet for taking such good care of our cat!

Media City always took amazing care of our cats! Each staff member from the front desk to the vet techs to the doctors truly care about every animal that comes in and out of the hospital! Even when we had concerns, we felt taken care of from start to finish. I would 100% choose Media City Animal Hospital again and again!

I would definitely recommend this hospital to other cat families. I took my female cat here to do spay surgery. Everything ran very smoothly and my cat recovers very well in 2 weeks. This hospital is very friendly and easy to make appointments. I made an appointment the same week I consult them, instead of a month later like the other clinics. Thank you so much to Natalie and Dr. Rios! They showed their love and took good care of pets. They even replied to my text in the after hours regarding spay questions. My cat could eat and drink well that night right after the surgery. And she behaved like no surgery happened during her recovering period.

I adore the staff at Media City. For our rescue pup's first visit they even had our pup's name waiting for us in the exam room! That small touch is just one of the thoughtful ways Media City has proven that they believe in going the extra mile. Dr. Deegan and Dr. Hu have both made exceptional first impressions on us, and no matter what our issue has been, they've addressed our concerns with care, patience, and compassion. Between vaccinations, nail clippings, advice on medicine, and preparing our pup for his first flight, Media City has been our reliable pet partner. We're so glad our little pup has this exceptional team taking care of him, and we know they'll be there for him for his entire life! Thank you, Media City!

We really love and trust our veterinarian, but unfortunately the office staff and processes make every visit stressful. Each time we’ve needed medications for our dog, there have been unnecessary complications, delays, and confusion. When we ask the front desk for help, we’re often told they "don’t know how" to handle tasks that we know have been done by other team members in the past. Staff seem hesitant to assist, and overall the office feels poorly trained in the basic systems needed to support patient care. If it weren’t for how much we value our vet, we would have switched clinics already. We sincerely hope the office invests in additional training and support for their team, because the veterinarian is wonderful—but the current administrative experience is very poor.

Very attentive and friendly techs and vets. I no longer live in Burbank but the times I called to make an appointment they were able to take my pup in right away. I recently called to obtain medical records for an insurance claim and they sent the records right away. Definitely give this hospital a try!
