I had a great experience at this cat hospital! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. Jacky, in particular, was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and gentle with my cat, and you could tell she truly cared. It really felt like they treated my cat as if she were their own pet. I left feeling confident and reassured that my furry friend was in the best hands. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend took my cat here after he ate an entire box of treats and vomiting for 3 days. They quoted around $1600 total for only labs and X-ray and this does not include treatment. Doctor did not even examine my kitty and said he would need surgery. We paid the $89 consultation fee and luckily we have friends who are vets and said the prices are too high. We then went to another hospital the same day and got everything done X-ray treatment and labs for $800 with exceptional service and follow up phone calls. My kitty did not need surgery and just Iv fluids and anti nausea medications. I never write reviews but I am warning people of this place because it is a scam and who knows what could have been done to my kitty. The quote is also an estimate and you can be charged more. Never coming to this place again!!

Dr. Basilious is a literal lifesaver!! I brought my sweet energetic 1 year old kitty here after she suddenly started refusing food and water and became lethargic. My old vet dismissed my concerns after the world’s briefest evaluation, so I decided to try Bastet Cat Hospital to get a second opinion. After a much more thorough examination, Dr Basilious found that her bladder was TWICE the size it should be! He drained her bladder and put her on a special diet and antibiotics, and I’m so thrilled to say that she’s back to her playful self! Everyone in the office is so kind and knowledgeable, and they even worked with me to keep the cost down. I’m happy to switch my 3 kitties to this clinic and give them my business, they deserve it. I came to Bastet Cat Hospital because my cat kept getting sicker and sicker over a period of two months despite constant vet visits and trips to the emergency room. I eventually concluded that my cat wasn't getting high quality care because most vets are trained to care for dogs. It's a larger market, and dogs come to the vet more regularly. So my cat was getting less attention than she deserved, and was likely being treated as if she were a small dog. Bastet treated her like an individual; reevaluating all of her previous lab work and catching what prior vets missed. Bastet worked with a compounding pharmacy to get her high quality medicines tailored to her needs, and then followed up with me throughout the week to monitor her improvement. Most importantly, Bastet's staff actually plainly cares. They spend real time with your pet. You don't feel rushed through the appointment or put on a conveyer belt. It's real personalized medical care. Couldn't recommend more highly. Truly the best vet I've ever had, or even heard of.

Came here for a dermatology concern (likely infected cat acne) & the vet tech / receptionist didn’t know how to hold my under 6lb 11 year old cat to get her temperature. Politely asked for someone else to assist & the vet came in & said "she has a heart murmur & is underweight we need to do a full blood panel" which i was told cost over $1,000 & wouldn’t provide me with a list of what would be included and the prices. She read abbreviations to me: couldn’t answer why she needed corona virus test and fecal test and urine test. I’ve had my cat over 10 years & this is the most she’s ever weighed. I wasn’t listened to. I was dismissed. The vet tech had to go back to ask the vet questions i had: he wouldn’t come out to speak to me. Left in tears. No other clients & i had an appointment. Smells like cat piss immediately upon entering.

I had a very disappointing experience at this cat hospital. The staff was incredibly rude, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. I do not recommend this place. Also, parking is difficult. There is always a white van parked across blocking the parking spaces.

The staff is lovely. The dr truly loves cats and takes a lot of time with our cats calming them. He’s very thorough and explains everything to us in detail. They have two delicious cats in the office too. It’s just such a relief to find a great vet that only treats cats.
