Animal Urgent Care

I am so glad I took my baby Winston to the Animal Urgent Care in Burbank. When he had a series of siezures I rushed him to another urgent care, but had an interaction that felt cold and it didnt feel right, on top of the incredible cost, so I immediately rushed him here instead, and I'm so glad I did, no matter what the outcome. The entire staff were very kind and I could feel their empathy when I needed it most. It must be the hardest job to be part of some of the most difficult times and decisions in people's lives. The doctor was straight forward and completely informative while also remaining very empathetic and understanding. A few days later, my boy had his last siezure and they were about to close, but I was able to hold him and take him back in knowing they would care for him. I don't know what I would have done otherwise and I am forever grateful ❤️‍🩹🐾

by far one of the BEST experiences ive ever had with any vet, urgent care, anything! They are SOO nice, super great customer service - I literally walked in the first time wrecked and in tears, thinking my dog was dying. They made sure I was good, and then took care of my baby right away. After my appointment, I literally asked if they ever act as like a regular vet because they're not crazy expensive compared to the charges I get from my vet, and they're customer service is literally top notch. And it genuinely feels like they CARE ABOUT ANIMALS. idk why that feels so hard to find at vet offices anymore - but they genuinely are trying to help, while providing you with a good experience. I've recommended them to multiple friends and family and would highly recommend.

Took our dog Little Coyote in for a split dew claw nail. She has issues behaving well at the vet but did not have any issue here. They were so kind and patient with her. This was one of the best experiences at an urgent care, or a vet in general. Service was prompt and thorough. Shout out to Andrea, Jamie & Alex (you rock!). Highly recommend them for any urgent care needs.

I called 4 urgent care on Saturday and all were busy. This Animal Urgent care took my dog right the way. They have active listening to dog's owner. The receptionists are AMAZING, friendly and very polite. I love my personal experience with this Urgent care.

Our family had an exceptional experience at Animal Urgent Care during one of the most difficult moments of our dog’s life. Our senior dog Bo experienced a rapid decline in health, and we brought him in for a quality-of-life assessment. We were fortunate to be seen by Dr. Travis Linney, who showed remarkable compassion, patience, and clarity throughout the entire visit. He spent more than 30 minutes with us, gently walking us through Bo’s condition, explaining what he was seeing medically, and helping us understand realistic next steps with empathy and honesty. His bedside manner was calm, grounding, and incredibly supportive at a time when we truly needed it. The staff was kind, efficient, and respectful, and we never felt rushed or dismissed. Instead, we felt understood and cared for. Dr. Linney’s guidance gave us the clarity we needed to make thoughtful decisions for Bo’s comfort and dignity. We are deeply grateful for the compassion and professionalism we received here and would highly recommend Animal Urgent Care to any pet parent facing an urgent or emotional situation. They helped us navigate a heartbreaking day with grace, and we are sincerely thankful.

The staff was incredibly attentive — not only to our dog Polo, who was the patient, but also to our dog Pepita, who was there purely for moral support for her brother. For an urgent care visit, everything moved as quickly as you could reasonably expect for a walk-in, and the whole process felt very organized. The pricing runs a bit higher than a regular primary vet clinic, but I was grateful they’re open until 10 PM and took such good care of our dog.

Fantastic team over here. Our dog had a minor laceration which required 3 stitches and everything healed excellent. Shout out to the team for being so reliable. We moved from NJ and really had no idea where to take our pup for an emergency.
