My cat Snoopy loves Dr. Stevens. My cat is feral and doesn't get along with many people. Dr. Steven's has saved the day twice now. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff is absolutely awesome. Everyone is super polite and professional. Most importantly, the services are affordable. They'll do everything they can to help your furry friend and keep it budget friendly. Thanks Westside Pet Clinic for all you do.

I absolutely love West Side Pet Clinic. They treat my pets with so much love and care, and they always take the time to answer my questions without ever making me feel like I’m asking something silly. They walk me through all of the care plan options in a way that’s easy to understand, and I really appreciate how affordable they are. What means the most to me is that I truly trust them with my pets’ care. It’s clear that the people there genuinely love animals, but they also understand that vet care can get very expensive. West Side never judges you or makes you feel bad for asking about cost-effective options. They care about both you and your pet, and that kind of compassion makes all the difference. After all, pet owners still have bills to pay and families to take care of too.

I had a wonderful experience at Westside Cat Clinic. I called to schedule an appointment and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to see my cat the very same day. There was absolutely no wait time — my cat was seen right away, treated efficiently, and we were in and out very quickly. The staff was professional, kind, and clearly knowledgeable, which made the entire visit stress-free. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable for the level of care my cat received. I always have a great experience at West Side Pet Clinic. The entire staff is welcoming, patient and accommodating. I have a nervous dog and he doesn’t love new people. We saw Dr. Stevens for the first time and he was calm and came in slowly. He also took the time to make my dog feel comfortable, before examining. He gave him pupperonis, let him sniff him and sat calmly, until my dog let him pet him/have contact. He gave the needed vaccines in the room, which was nice because they usually take the dog out of the room. The clinic does a great job with only allowing one dog to go to the back at one time and also has the same policy for leaving. They make what can be a stressful vet visit, much easier for myself and my doggo 🙂

Best vet ever! Dr. Stevens got right down on the floor with my nervous Shepherd. He and the staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend you check them out. Reasonably priced for well pet care. Both of my older Shepherds are healthy and happy thanks to the support we received at West Side. And because the vets are affordable, the dogs receive regular checkups and stay healthy.

We've used West Side Pet Clinic for about 9 years. Recently, I brought our large dog in for a check-up. The office staff, vet assistant and vet were all extremely friendly and professional. Our vet assistant Cami was so kind and sincerely loving towards my dog. Dr. Coleman was wonderful and listened carefully to my concerns. After I left the office, I received a call that they had accidentally charged me for a product I didn't end up getting. I had no idea because I opted for an e-receipt and hadn't checked it online. They caught the mistake, called me and refunded me the money within an hour of me leaving. The following day, Dr Reed Stevens called me with the results on my dog's bloodwork. All was good. He was incredibly personable, thanking me for traveling from Fort Erie to Buffalo to seek veterinary care for our pets. I HIGHLY recommend West Side Pet Clinic! If you live in Western NY or in Southern Niagara, in Ontario, Canada, like I do, it is not only economically worth it to cross the border for West Side Pet Clinic, but the care your pets will receive is top notch! It was my first visit for my pomeranian and it was great. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. I was very happy with the care I received for my little Charlie. Price was reasonable and the clinic is very clean. I would highly recomend West Side Clinic to friends and family. Two thumbs up!!👍
