They missed a bladder stone and caused a year of unnecessary pain. I brought my cat in when she started peeing blood and screaming in the litter box. It was intermittent. I flagged it as a potential stone, they missed it and gave me brochures about how to keep my cat happy and unstressed instead. We put her on daily gabapentin (expensive and she was just a zombie). I brought her in 3 times. They even failed at collecting a urine sample when she was left for the day. I moved, switched vets, and got a correct diagnosis within a week. She’s pain free now after a simple surgery. She’s plays, zooms around and purrs all the time. I will never forgive the clinic for ignoring my opinions and leave my cat in pain. They are good on simple matters, but not knowledge enough on complex cases. They should have referred me to another vet.

This isnt just my vet but its like another family. We and our pups (all 4) are treated like family and the professionalism exhibited from the staff is next to none! Plus they help the city of buffalo animal shelter!

They are absolutely amazing here! Both my pups are patients here and they just love everyone there. If my cat would handle the car a little better I take the extra 10 minute drive for her to be seen by them as well. You feel like family when they and that's exactly how they make you pets feel. Highly recommend them!

I feel like my dog is well cared for, treated very well, prices are fair, they answer all my questions in detail and explain why they are making a recommendation. They offer options when available and explain each options pros and cons to help me make the best decision. I went because that's the hospital the animal shelter used, I will keep going because they have been great to us.

The staff is awesome! Dr. R is the best... She's super caring and only wants the best for your pets. We truly appreciate all they did for our Chaos Kitty in his final hours. We were in awe of All the compassion and caring from Dr R and the staff and have now decided to switch vets and bring all our fur babies here. 🙂

I adopted my cat from the shelter, so we get a discount here since they are the shelter vet. Honestly, I wouldn't ever want to take her anywhere else regardless. Every single person I've encountered here from the front desk to the exam room has consistently been incredibly kind, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I've never had a vet I liked this much, and an very grateful to have them. They're so gentle and sweet with my cat (she gets talkative) and are very patient with me (I'm a helicopter cat mom). Highly, HIGHLY recommended.
