I cannot say enough good things about Veterinary Care Group. During one of the hardest times of my life, when I had to say goodbye to my dog, every single person there was incredibly kind, compassionate, and thoughtful. They made me feel confident that she was in the best hands and treated her with so much care and dignity. The cremation service and keepsakes were beautifully done and packaged with such care. They included her paw print, a clipping of her hair, and a special spot for a photo — things I will cherish forever. What touched me the most was receiving a handwritten sympathy card signed by the staff. It was such a sincere and meaningful gesture that truly showed how much they care about both pets and their families. I’m so grateful for the compassion and support they gave us during such a heartbreaking time. Thank you to everyone at Veterinary Care Group for making a painful experience a little easier.

I am so happy with the staff at VCG Williamsburg. Everyone is so caring and compassionate. My Bella recently got spayed and I had a little "new-kitten-mom" freakout because she was so lethargic. She got an appointment that day and all was fine and everyone was so kind and understanding. Happily recommend this office for any pet parent in the neighborhood!

Dr. Sayali was so patient and kind with my 16 year old attitude-y pup who had an eye infection. She also took the time to discuss a few other things that had been concerning me. 10/10 would recommend - all the staff members were so kind and helpful. They got us in within hours of me calling for an appointment ❤️

Went in because our 4yr old cat Bruno had what appeared to be an eye infection and have been taking him here since he was. kitten. Dr.Barnes and team were amazing! So thorough and so kind. We got instructions and meds to give him for 7 days and it’s day 3 and his eye is already much better!

I was able to make a last minute appt on Sat morning for my cat Tiger. Dr.Barnes and the nurse was very caring and attentive. I Recommend to also check prices.

Veterinary Care Group has been an exceptional resource for my family and our pets. I have been a client of Dr. Sanabria and Dr. Barnes since before COVID, (I have followed both doctors from different locations!) During all this time they have provided outstanding care to four of my pets: Blue, Stryker, Boots, and Sega. The pet they have treated most frequently is Sega, and the consistency, compassion, and attentiveness shown throughout Sega’s care have been truly meaningful to our family. The team consistently delivers thoughtful, efficient, and affordable veterinary services while maintaining a genuine sense of care for both pets and their owners. Each visit is handled professionally and never feels rushed. I am an extremely satisfied customer and trust their team completely. All of the staff at VCG Williamsburg are so kind, professional, warm, and caring. This consistency speaks volumes of their practice- they are such a strong group of veterinary professionals that, on any given day, we could come in and know our baby was in the best hands. The vets and techs at VCG Williamsburg all treated our fur baby Khloe with so much genuine love, kindness and professionalism. They were all so empathetic, thorough, and responsive in helping us navigate her various health issues as they progressed, and offered her the most compassionate supportive care to promote the best quality of life for her. Sadly, we lost Khloe recently, and I am absolutely devastated, but I am confident that with the guidance of the professionals at VCG Williamsburg, we were able to give her the best quality of life up until the very end. I would like to especially acknowledge Dr. Sanabria, Dr. Barnes and Dr. Karke who all treated Khloe with the utmost care over the years and were always there to support us and guide us through all of the ups and downs. I can't begin to thank you all enough.
