Great clinic with great professionals. Many thanks to the young doctor Rufina for her professionalism in her work, she quickly identified the problem and raised my cat to her feet when I had already lost hope for his recovery. God bless you all in this life of Rufina. Thank you.

I went to 2 clinics, nobody knew what’s wrong with my dog, ( he was not able to pee normally)then i was recommended to go to this clinic. Best decision, the doctor told me that it was a birth defect and that he needed a surgery, now he is peeing normally. I can’t even explain how happy i am. The doctor (blond woman) and all assistants are great, they are very professional and caring.BIG THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU from NEO AND ME.

Dr. Stain is the most knowledgeable and helpful I ever seen. He is the best and does his best in an emergency case to save a pet's life. My cat was one step from death. When Dr. Stain saw the cat, he did the surgery right away. Dr. Stain did very complicated surgery and cat survived. Now my pet is like a brain new, like nothing happened to him. I'm so thankful for Dr. Stain for saving life of my cat!!!

Friendly and professional staff. Experienced Dr. Stein. Special thanks to Rufina, a young but no less experienced specialist. No one will recommend procedures that your pet does not need here. Thank you so much for the health of my dog and the kitten we picked up and it had broken paws. They all got fixed!

This veterinarian is completely incompetent. He said that he can operate on my dogs ear and did not know what he was doing at all. My dog was left with an infection and a tube in his ear getting blood all over our house and Cars. After returning twice, the operation area only got worse. We had to go to another vet to fix the horrible job that was done to our dog. There was no clear communication about what was to be done to our dog. We tried to calmly speak to the vet and his staff, but no one was giving us clear answers. I wouldn’t bring any living creature into this establishment.

I went to this place months ago because it was the nearest location I could go to when my dog was very ill and unfortunately we had to put her down. When they asked us to make a Choice we were left alone in a room with my sick dog and while we were saying our goodbyes and reassuring our baby that we loved her…the vet lady would walk in back and forth almost "rushing us" or making it awkward as for us to move it along. The vet was talking with someone else in the staff making jokes right outside the door and barging in the room with a smile on her face all while we were going through a difficult situation. I found it disrespectful and I wished they would have been more considerate. I would not go back here.

Dr Stein is an amazing Vet. I have been going to him over 20 years. He is very dedicated in providing the best care for my pets. I wouldn't trust anybody else to take care of my pets needs.
