I (and Redmond, my very beloved cat) love Greenpoint Veterinary Care. Redmond and. I both suffer from anxiety issues and his doctor and the friendly, empathetic, and efficient staff are excellent at alleviating our collective anxiety. Redmond receives top notch care and I fully trust his doctor. Thank you, thank you for being the best and for truly caring about my Redmond! ❤️

Dr. Stein has been seeing my dog who has major digestive issues for some time now. Though I know there is no miracle solution for gut issues like these, Dr. Stein has spent thorough attention and care trying to stabilize her stomach, and she's in a much better place than she used to be. He's always up to date on my dog's history which is a huge relief compared to a place like Bond Vet where you have to re-explain what's wrong with your dog to a new doctor every time you come in. I've received thorough vet summaries and instructions over email and always can rely on their friendly front desk people to send over any forms/invoices asap. The environment is positive and calm, there's typically no more than one other dog in the waiting room which is great for my dog who's an aggro nervous wreck. And they have snacks!! 🙂

I’m so happy to have found this vet! Dr. Stein is incredibly compassionate and truly understands the anxieties that can come with rescue dogs and vet visits. It gives me such peace of mind knowing I can trust this practice to provide my dog with thoughtful care and honest recommendations. Everyone in the office is consistently kind and helpful. Dr. Stein is also very thorough and patient—I never feel rushed during appointments, and all of my questions and concerns are always taken seriously.

We just returned to New York after a few years overseas, previously our dogs were seeing a different vet in Brooklyn because we were in Williamsburg, that vet was amazing husband and wife team and other vets there too (Northside Vets on Berry St). However, we need a vet closer to where we are now which is in the middle of Greenpoint. We charted upon Greenpoint Veterinary Care through an online search - And from the phone calls, including changing our appointment time to accommodate our senior dog walking with snow through our arrival with reception, the vet, Teck and Dr. Stein, we are blown away with the technical expertise, the warmth, the compassion and bedside manner with the patient. So blessed to have Dr. Stein looking after our dogs now.

I love this vet practice! Dr. Nikki is the best - genuinely kind and caring. My cat had a strange condition last year, and Dr. Nikki followed up and continued checking in. It felt above and beyond, and I greatly appreciated this. All the front desk team and technicians are always welcoming, and I trust them with my pet.

We've been taking our pup to Dr. Stein and the team at Greenpoint Veterinary Care for 3+ years now and feel extremely lucky to have found such a great vet. Everyone in the office is always kind and helpful. Dr. Stein himself is so thorough, patient and great at explaining everything. We've been able to email him to ask quick questions and he is always super responsive and honest about whether or not our concerns are with a trip in.
