The staff was kind, professional, and truly cared about my pet. They took the time to answer all my questions and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. My cat is usually very anxious at the vet, but the entire team was patient and gentle. They made the visit stress-free and handled her with such care.

Good Vets is so amazing. Specifically this location. Always providing exceptional care. The staff leads with such wonderful bedside manners and empathetic attitudes. They are super thorough and walk you through each step to ensure you understand why something is recommended and needed to aid your pets health. Special shout out to one of the nurses there- Allison. She is truly a joy to have help with my cat’s medical care. 10/10 vet clinic.

My fur babies love coming here and I love the care they receive. The team is thoughtful and compassionate, they always go the extra mile to make sure I understand what’s best for my pet. I appreciated there transparency when it comes to pricing and the wellness plans help with costs!

Took my Tuxedo kitten here for a general checkup after he had some visible sores on his body and was scratching alot. As it turns out those were battle scars from play fighting with his sister. But wanted to note the Vet and nurses here were very kind understanding and professional. Highly recommend to those in the greater Broomlyn area where to bring your cats too.

I brought my dog to Good Vets because she had a terrible cough and I was afraid that it might be something serious. I had been to their other Downtown Brooklyn location, but they didn’t have a time available and luckily this location on Montague Street was able to see her that morning. The staff and the doctor were very friendly and I could see that they did a thorough examination of my dog. My biggest complaint is the price. The exam was $140 and she needed two medications which cost an additional hundred dollars. I would have chosen a lower priced veterinary center, but unfortunately, I had some time constraints and I needed to have my dog examined right away.

As a cat owner myself, and as a friend of Cooper's family, I was deeply saddened by what happened to this young kitten. While I was not personally present at the clinic and cannot comment on the medical care provided, the information shared by the family has led me to reflect on the importance of clear communication, transparency, and understanding during difficult situations such as the loss of a beloved pet. Pet owners place enormous trust in veterinary professionals.When families are left with questions or are seeking additional information, it can be a challenging and emotional experience. Open communication and access to information can help provide clarity and support for pet owners as they navigate these difficult circumstances. I encourage anyone seeking veterinary care to ask questions, request copies of all records, and make sure they fully understand the diagnostic and treatment plans for their pets.

I never imagined I would be writing a review like this. I brought my healthy 5-month-old kitten, Cooper, to this clinic for what should have been a routine visit and bloodwork before his neuter appointment. Cooper never came home. He died during what was supposed to be a simple blood test. I spent over $800, and instead of leaving with my kitten, I left devastated and traumatized. What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of empathy, transparency, and communication afterward. During an emergency situation, I later learned the clinic appeared to be so short-staffed that even the receptionist was helping in the emergency room. As a pet owner, that is deeply concerning. Since Cooper’s death, all I have asked for is answers and footage of what happened to my kitten in the exam room. If everything was handled appropriately and transparently, why has this footage not been provided? Why do grieving pet owners have to consider involving lawyers just to get basic answers? There were also errors and inconsistencies in Cooper’s records, which only added to our pain and concerns. I live and work in this neighborhood and know many people here. I love this community, which makes writing this even harder. But I feel a responsibility to warn future pet owners: please do your research before bringing your beloved animal here. I deeply regret not reading reviews beforehand, as I later discovered many unhappy clients expressing concerns about this clinic. No amount of money will ever bring Cooper back. He was loved, healthy, beautiful, and only 5 months old. I brought in my healthy kitten, and he never came back from the exam room. Please think carefully before trusting this clinic with your beloved pets. Cooper deserved better. 💔
