Dr. Cheung is truly the best vet ever! Her entire team is compassionate, dedicated, and absolutely wonderful. I have six cats myself, but I first discovered City Animal Vet when I rescued a pregnant cat from my backyard. Despite their busy schedule, they managed to fit me in within an hour of calling. I named the cat Hope, and the care she received was beyond exceptional. From the moment we walked in, Dr. Cheung and her team treated Hope with so much love and gentleness — they made sure she was comfortable every step of the way. She was literally making biscuits the entire visit! Dr. Cheung performed a full exam and gave me the best guidance on how to care for her. Just days later, Hope gave birth to four healthy kittens — all of whom are now available for adoption at a local cat café. Thanks to Dr. Cheung and her amazing team, Hope is now spayed, healthy, and living her best life. I truly couldn’t have done it without them. I’m so grateful for their kindness and expertise, and I’ll definitely be bringing all of my cats here from now on.

We just moved to the neighborhood and feel so lucky to have found Dr. Cheung and her team. Everyone from the front desk to the Vet tech are so welcoming and accommodating. I just recently started to take my 19 year old cat to this vet. Sadly my cat passed away today and all I can say is the staff and vet were so very nice to and comfortingly to me at the loss of my cat. I highly recommend this vet to everyone who is looking for a vet to take their pets to. I just wish I had meet this vet sooner and I was glad that they helped me take care of my senior cat at the end of her life. I just went to pick up my cats paw print from the vet and it came in a beautiful box with a hand written card from the vet and her staff. I was so surprised to receive this and I think this vet is truly amazing. I can’t thank them enough for all they did for my cat. I highly recommend this vet to all my friends who own pets.

We switched our very senior dog here after he struggled with an undiagnosed ailment for over two years. Honestly it was a last ditch effort. They got on top of it and cured him within two weeks. He is thriving and doing great. Their care was excellent and their costs were totally reasonable.

While not all places exams guinea pig, City Animal Veterinary does and I was so happy with the process. The place is clean and welcoming. This is my guinea pig's first visit to the vet and I was super anxious. However, Dr. Cheung is confident, friendly and knowledgeable. She also gave many great advice to this new guinea pig owner. My guinea pig was a bit fussy, but everyone there were top notch. One of the staff even showed me the proper technique to clip his nails. Making an appointment over the phone was also simple as a new patient. The clinic is opened 7 days a week! The F and G trains are close-by. We got lucky and found street parking after circling around twice.
