I’d like to say a big thank you to the Blue Pearl team for helping us through our cat’s cancer diagnosis and subsequent euthanasia. We had been to VERG before for our two other pets however, VERG didn’t have an internist on hand that day. My wife and I brought our cat, Sheldon, in after a mass was found at our regular vet visit x-ray. Upon an ultrasound and testing it was confirmed our baby had cancer. The staff was very gentle and explained our options and timelines. I would like to give a huge shout out to Fern who walked us through each step of the hardest day of our lives. Having a kind soul with us made the entire process easier and she validated every choice we made with care. We were never rushed or forced into a choice, and we were able to spend as much time as we needed in the comfort room. While Bluepearl prices are a little bit more than VERG- I would pay them again just bc of the care we received. RIP Sheldon, our best boy

I took my cat Lily here after having a horrible toxic reaction toward her thyroid medication. Her liver levels were so high I wanted to make sure she was safe. I admitted her to this hospital for two nights and they did amazing! They brought her ATL from 1400 down to 700 and lower the next day! They allowed me to visit her in the ICU and I could tell the staff truly cared and loved animals. They allowed me to even open her cage to hold her and pet her. From the moment I came in with their front desk staff, to the doctor and the ICU nurses, everyone was kind and professional. No charges were ever a surprise they were transparent and went through everything prior to her being admitted and again when staying another night. I was never blindsided by the expenses. I felt safe having my baby girl Lily here and she’s home now better than ever thanks to the staff at BluePearl!

I want to share my deepest gratitude to the entire staff at BluePearl, and especially Dr. Breanna, for the compassion, and kindness she showed us during one of the hardest time after my dog was hit by a car. From the moment we arrived, she treated us with genuine care and empathy. She took the time to comfort us, explain everything, and make sure my dog received the best care possible. In such a painful and stressful time, her warmth and dedication meant more than words can express. Thank you to BluePearl for your incredible service, your loving hearts, and the support you gave our family when we needed it most. We will always remember the kindness you showed us. We are forever grateful.

Doctor Dragseth saved my cat!!! My cat was admitted in an emergency with a case of DKA. The doctors were very thorough and dilligent and frequently updated me. Their entire team and staff were also very nice and understanding. The only thing is how expensive the charges were but that's no fault of the staff, it's simply because Bluepearl is a corporate owned franchise.

My 16yr old cat was attacked by a dog and broke her front leg - a traumatic experience turned tolerable due to Blue Pearl. The care and service was beyond my expectations. Dr Joyce is amazing! She’s sweet and practical and it’s obvious she loves what she does - it showed in how she spoke to me and cared for my fur baby. Also, the staff was very accommodating and did what they could to make us comfortable. Another plus is that the facility was very clean! You would think it smelled like PETS but nope. Overall 5 stars!

Great vet experience. Some of the reviews I read got me ready for a long wait and maybe some mishandling of things. Instead, even though I was 20 minutes early, I was placed in a room right away. There was even a cute chalkboard sign with my cats name on it outside the room. Everyone was friendly and clearly knowledgeable about my cats strange illness. The visit was not very long either. I wish I could have gotten her up to date on her shots at the same time, but they just don't do that. Even though it's a little pricey, I feel it was worth it. (They take care credit) Thanks!!

We brought our cat, Bix, to Blue Pearl multiple times over a month long period after he broke his leg and during his recovery. The night it happened the staff and Doctors at Blue Pearl communicated clearly to us about Bix's condition and what next steps would need to be taken surgically. Dr. Patricia Joyce was especially kind and compassionate and was transparent about the severity of Bix's fracture and the complex surgery needed to fix it. She referred us to a great orthopedic surgeon! After his surgery we came in multiple times for emergency bandage changes and other concerns and every time the staff at Blue Pearl went above and beyond to attend to not only our pet's care but our worries as pet parents. Yesterday we got the all clear on Bix's recovery and he is back to his old self! He is on a healed leg and running around happily thanks in no small part to Blue Pearl Pet Hospital and their excellent staff of veterinary medicine professionals. Know Before You Go - Wait times can be long at Blue Pearl as they take care of patients in order of immediate medical need. Depending on how many pets are there it can take several hours to get word on your pets treatment but that in no way impacts the quality of care. Additionally, care at Blue Pearl is expensive! Most out of pocket pet care is, but the emergency aspect of the services provided at Blue Pearl does make it pricier than a standard trip to the vet.
