Cannot recommend this practice enough. Had a last minute visit for my Stormy and the staff and Doctors were nothing short of kind, understanding, helpful and above all else the most gentle and patient with my baby. Very straightforward, consulted with ease and Churus were plentiful. Exam rooms were CLEAN and practical, quiet and comfortable. Dr. Murarka listened to everything I had to say and even though the appointment was last minute (2 days before) they had even gone ahead and contacted my last vet to get Stormy’s entire record prepared before we even walked in the door. Follow up questions were answered promptly and any issues with invoices were quickly addressed and fixed - efficient and caring! Many thanks to the front desk staff, Igor, Dr. Murarka and Dr. Fortier for their kindness and help!!

I brought my pet rabbit Luna to All Ears Vet for the first time and I am truly blown away by how kind and caring everyone was. Luna is almost ten years old, I have had her her whole life, so she means absolutely everything to me. As we know, with age comes a few health concerns, and I was feeling nervous going in. Both Dr. Emily Haines and Tiffany, the tech, were fantastic. They were gentle, compassionate, and took the time to walk me through options and thoughtful improvements I can make to support Luna’s quality of life. I felt heard, supported, and never rushed. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is calm and inviting. I am so grateful to have found this practice and will absolutely be making them Luna’s primary vet moving forward. Highly recommend. 🐰

100/10 for their treatment of guinea pigs. My guinea pigs who are typically a bit skiddish and difficult to handle were extremely relaxed and happy while at All Ears Vet -even though through a nail trim. Each time one of them would squirm or squeal, the team was patient, gentle, and soothing to get the job done. I asked several silly questions as a new guinea pig owner and it was a judgement-free and helpful space. It was absolutely worth the travel from the Bronx to Brooklyn at 7:30 in the morning to bring them here. The price is worth the quality of care and as a former dog owner is reasonable for vet services in NYC!

Toby, my eclectus parrot, was a first-time patient at All Ears Veterinary for a wellness visit. We had been seeing another vet for many years, but since moving to the neighborhood, I wanted to try this clinic, and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Emily provided truly exceptional care. She suggested examining Toby without any restraints, which immediately impressed me. Her calm, gentle approach made Toby feel at ease; he was curious and cooperative throughout the exam, even tilting his head as if fascinated by her technique. The entire team was warm, professional, and attentive from start to finish. It was such a positive experience that Toby and I felt comforted and confident. We’re so grateful to have found Dr. Emily and All Ears Veterinary.

I have a finicky little crested gecko I brought in for his first checkup since he seemed to not be feeling totally well. The All Ears team was absolutely fabulous with him. If you are searching for an exotic vet, look no further! I am so happy to have found an exotic vet who handled my little guy with such care and caution. The office is spick-and-span clean and every staff person I spoke with was helpful and friendly. Attached a photo of my little man just because.

I don’t think I could have handled putting down my soul dog of 13.5 years without the AllEars team. I had a horrible experience at VERG, and feel so lucky to have Dr. Emily and Igor help me navigating the dreaded day. It has been a few months now, and I will never forget calling Dr. Emily on the phone several times asking if I had made the right decision to schedule the euthanasia appointment. She was so incredibly kind and patient, despite likely dealing with this on a daily basis. I felt as reassured and supported as I could, and when we arrived to the appointment, Dr. Emily and Igor had such gentle bedside manner that it quite literally felt like a peaceful sleep. I especially appreciated Igor sharing his personal experience with pet loss throughout the process. I am eternally grateful to this team, including the amazing front desk team, for being there in our most time of need and help navigate one of the most traumatic weeks I have ever had. I ask a lot of questions and this was certainly no exception. To be met with such patience and kindness, I cannot overstate how needed and appreciated that was. This is not a paid review, I do not ever write google reviews unless my experience was exceptionally good or bad. If I decide to adopt in the future, I will come here. Cannot speak on pricing but I personally felt it was reasonable compared to VERG. I did not have insurance

I had such a great experience at All Ears Veterinary! My toy poodle papa went it for his annual visit. The front desk ladies were welcoming, friendly, and absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in. Tiffany, the assistant, was so attentive and incredibly helpful, she made sure everything was smooth and comfortable. The doctor was straightforward, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to explain everything clearly. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team for such wonderful service!
