North Brookhaven Veterinary Hospital

2025 was my first year at the North Brookhaven Veterinary Hospital. I love the staff and doctors. My experience has been nothing less than superb. The level of care, professionalism and services are outstanding. My Obie fell sick and was put to rest with love. Recently I received a card of condolences from my North Brookhaven Veterinary Hospital family. I recommend them to every pet lover.

I took Maggie in for her check up at the new location in Brookhaven yesterday ( we went to WellPet Humane before ) & love the new place! Maggie can be shy entering somewhere new, but she walked right in and immediately felt comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We saw Dr Walton for the first time & she took a lot of time with Maggie & gave excellent advice. The tech ( i unfortunately can't remember his name ), was great. When he brought Maggie back from having her vaccinations, she was wagging her tail, which is a first! I also like the scheduling online option for appts - it was so easy. If you need a vet, I highly recommend North Brookhaven Vet Hospital!

I’ve been taking my dog to this vet since they used to be "Well Pet Humane". Well, he recently passed and I called to inform them. A couple weeks later, I received this nice card in the mail from the office. Even though I no longer have my baby, I would definitely recommend them. Thank you all for your care these last eight years

Wow….. wow wow wow! I’m new to Brookhaven and I am a new pet owner and I purchased a husky puppy as a first time pet dad I had A LOT of questions. When I walked inside, I was greeted by a woman named Harisa who had a bright smile and was so friendly!! The music was very tasteful as well! I was there on 4/10. The doctor was Dr walton and she was SO PATIENT! I had so many questions and I was not aware how high energy a husky is and I’m a first time dog owner!! The energy was so great and she even educated me on long term health for my sweet baby who I still have not named!! Thanks to my new vet for life for my new little baby!!! P.s. free coffee and treats for your pet

I took my dog ​​(Yorkshire, she's 14 years old, very healthy, but I had visitors at home with babies, and they stressed her out, causing diarrhea). I went to Nexta Clinic for the first time. They took blood and tried to convince me to do an ultrasound. I didn't want to do the ultrasound and asked to wait for the blood test results. After speaking with the veterinarian, an assistant came in and tried to convince me to do the ultrasound. She started saying that my dog ​​was very ill, that I had to prepare for the worst. I said: "She's just stressed, I know my dog," and she continued: "I've worked with this for a long time and I know she's unwell..."After that the vet gave something for the diarrhea and when I got home she started to eat and after 4/5 months she’s healthy. This assisted shoulder not taking like that ! I really do not recommend this clinic, they just wanted your money . Eliana caevalho

I took my dogs, Henny and Levi, to North Hill for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The veterinarian was incredibly personable, patient, and caring — you can really tell they love what they do. Both of my dogs were comfortable the entire time, and everything was explained clearly. Henny and Levi are already looking forward to their next visit (believe it or not, lol)! Highly recommend North Hill!

Dr. Maria and her staff are by far the most knowledgeable and caring people that I have ever met in the field. On Thursday, I took my dog, Shadow, into Veterinary Emergency Group, and was told he would probably not make it through the weekend and to look into euthanasia options. This was a healthy, energetic dog just 2 days prior. I called Dr. Maria to explain what had transpired overnight. She had a feeling there was something else going on that could explain the sudden symptoms. She immediately reached out to VEG for copies of the xrays and scans. She communicated with us all weekend via texts and emails while she researched possible causes and looked at patient histories. She was absolutely correct and saved my dog's life! By Monday Shadow was almost back to himself! She even did a free ultrasound just to make sure all looked ok before we left. I could go on and on about her knowledge and the amazing people at this office. I will not take any of my beloved pets anywhere else! If it tells you anything, Shadow doesn't even mind going to see them. Here's a pic of him excited to go to the park again!
