I woke up to find my dog of 12 years had passed away, and it was one of the most heartbreaking experiences of my life. In a moment of shock and grief, I began calling several places for help. From the very first phone call, I felt compassion and understanding. When we arrived, Mark took exceptional care of both me and my baby. He treated us with such dignity, patience, and genuine empathy during an incredibly painful time. Although I was not financially able to bring my baby’s ashes home, Mark went above and beyond in a way I will never forget. He created a beautiful keepsake box for me with my baby’s fur and paw prints — a gesture that brought me to tears and meant more than words can express. His kindness, compassion, and humanity made an unbearable situation just a little bit easier to endure. I will forever be grateful. May God bless him endlessly for the comfort he provided during one of the hardest days of my life.

I had a fantastic first visit at Bronx Veterinary Center. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor was incredibly kind and professional, and took the time to break things down for me as a newer pet owner. I look forward to returning to this office for my cat's future health needs!

Hector was so sweet and patient with Tyler and my many questions. He was thorough without dragging on. Tyler is super anxious with getting his nails clipped and Hector gave him treats and made him feel at super ease. I was surprised Tyler didn’t freak out. Thanks Hector!!

I'm very impressed with this place. The wait wasnt that long. The front desk staff are very professional and welcoming. Dr Luckow and Hector were attentive to the needs of my fur baby. Highly recommend this practice!

It was great. The staff are very nice. Very helpful. Explain everything by detail and I am very, very pleased with them. It’s a little expensive, But I like the way they treated my fur baby thank you to staff jismely and DR vyorst for a great job

This place is 10/10 with services and hospitality. They treated my dogs so good, were very polite, very welcoming and were very patient. They answered every question we had and were through with their explanation. The Vet assigned to us was Dr. Scott and the staff members who assisted were Jessenia and Albert. Thank you so much to the team for being amazing!! I recommend you take your pet here
