Dr. Morley and her staff at Avalon are the most amazing, animal loving and compassionate people you'll ever hope to meet! It is incredible the lengths they go to to help you in every way they can. We had a stray cat with 7 kittens and felt overwhelmed trying to figure out what to do for them. They were there for us. I love Dr. Morley! She's excellent at explaining everything you need to take care of your pet and a very good listener! You never feel rushed. They are very prompt about seeing you so you're not stuck in the exam room forever. Their groomer, Ricky, is incredibly patient and gentle with our elderly, arthritic dog. She understands him completely and accepts his limitations and is very careful with him and still gets him bathed and beautiful! We are so grateful for everyone who works there. The staff is exceptional and accommodating. I always feel welcome here! They are all such a blessing to us and we are so grateful we found them!
To the incredible team at Avalon Veterinary Hospital and to pet owners in our community: We wanted to share our experience to let others know that if you’re looking for a veterinarian team that genuinely treats your family like their own, this is the place. The entire staff at Avalon Veterinary Hospital Was extraordinarily compassionate and accommodating during Koda's passing. They provided a calm, respectful environment, and guided us through every step with immense kindness and patience. The genuine empathy shown by the staff was a profound comfort during an incredibly painful time. To the staff: Thank you. Your professionalism and heartfelt care made an unbearable moment peaceful. We are forever grateful for the positive impact you had on us. Rest in peace, sweet Koda.
We have cats and dogs and Dr Morley is an angel. We've gotten everything done from getting spayed as a puppy to getting supplies for old kitty dialysis to kitty cat cancer. They are willing to work with us on our budget and we feel like the entire staff genuinely cares about our babies. Our only wish is that they could also care for our chickens and geese!
Avalon remedied a very expensive misdiagnosis/treatment our family dog received at another vet, and even handled what I thought was an emergency situation incredibly well. I was assured my dog would be fine and he was, but what I really appreciated was the fact I wasn’t overcharged for some treatment my dog didn’t need. I recommend them to everybody, so much so that I’ve convinced my sister to take her new puppy here. Dr. Morley and team have my trust 100%!
Doctor Morley is an angel. My first time at Avalon was a very sad time indeed, I had to get my Fathers dog euthanized after my Dad went to Hospice and poor Ramone gave up on life too. Everyone at this clinic was so empathetic and kind, the process wasn’t rushed and I was allowed to be with Ramone the entire time. Since then, I’ve brought my baby, Murphy, and it has always been wonderful, empathetic service. Recently we decided to take on another cat and I had her initially checked and all cleared, but had some hiccups with her transition to our home so we returned for further testing to rule out any potential health concerns and it turns out she was just grumpy and couldn’t poop! Honestly- I’m not too familiar with pricing but I think everything is fair. This clinic also fosters kittens which I think is just so sweet and speaks volumes about the people who work here. They’re all so sweet and kind.. and the ladies at the front never get cross with me for forgetting my paperwork at checkout! Lol. Thank you guys!! Definitely Murphy and Georgia’s vet forever.
The vet here is amazing lady they really are very understanding and helpful. We have a cat who was fixed but she was very severe case and due to the severity she had to go back in because a piecewas left and she was in heat. All together amazing vet services and helpful
Avalon stepped up with an affordable approach when my cat needed surgery. We were scared and needed help. They performed a life saving surgery and thry treated him for another week making sure the pneumonia was cleared before he was released. We are so grateful for staff at Avalon we have decided to move all 7 animals to them for yearly shots and future medical needs.
