The folks at JM are amazing! They truly care for your pet and want your pet to succeed. It’s important to keep the training going at home. I trusted my new pup with JM for two weeks for board and train and picked him up today. What a difference I see in him already. Trainers Aaron and Stacey are amazing! Stacey sent me videos of his training sessions which we loved to watch. I highly recommend JM.

I would highly recommend not going to JM for vet needs. I cannot speak on behalf of their daycare or boarding because I thankfully haven’t used them (and will not based on reviews!). I went to JM for about a year and had multiple "uh-ohs". My dog got neutered in Dec 2025 and upon picking him up the receptionist apologized for everything we went through and asked us if we had any issues with boarding. Us, being utterly confused, asked what she meant to which she realized she was filling out info for the wrong dog. She thought we were picking up a different dog who had got put down that morning. Quite a scary mistake. We had another incident regarding heartworm prevention. We placed an order through chewy and waited for it to be approved. A day or two later we received a call from JM asking if they could charge the card we had on file for 3 months of prevention. I, again utterly confused, had to explain to the receptionist that we paid online already. Another mistake that easily could have slipped by me had I not connected that the order already charged us. I tried so hard to continue to give the benefit of the doubt to JM. I am very happy to finally be at a new and safe vet.

My wife took our fur daughter whom is a cat here and had a wonderful time. They where on top of everything. I really like how informative they were about food to medications. And all their prices are right online so your not being taken for all your worth going here. So far our experience here has been good but I will update once I get my new kitten with how that goes with prices along with assements. I know I won't be disappointed though.

We recently sent our 6-month-old puppy to JM Pet Resort for their board and train program, and we had a wonderful experience. Throughout her stay, we received regular updates via email and videos, which gave us great peace of mind. It was clear that she was being well cared for, and she came home healthy, happy, and noticeably better behaved. Our puppy actually arrived with some special needs — she had to wear a cone and required medication — and the team at JM Pet Resort handled everything with care. During her stay she also had a minor medical issue, and they made sure she was able to see a vet and receive the necessary medication. We really appreciated how attentive and proactive they were, and she returned home in great health. Our puppy has long hair, and she was also groomed during her stay. She came home beautifully brushed and bathed — the grooming was top notch. Overall, this was a complete and well-rounded experience. I’m incredibly grateful to JM Pet Resort for making our puppy’s very first boarding stay such a healthy, safe, and positive

The staff at JM is wonderful! Everyone is consistently friendly and helpful. It makes me feel at ease knowing my dog is in great care whether it's daycare or boarding. My previous experience at another facility was not good and I feel so much relief that I have found a place I trust and have had nothing but good experiences with.

I am thrilled with the experience our dog Rogue has at JM. From the moment we walk in, the staff at the front desk greets us and makes us feel like part of their family. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything a pet could need for a fun day. Another bonus is their attached vet clinic. When Rogue needs his nails trimmed I request at check in and a handler escorts our little buddy over for pampering. The caregivers are attentive and clearly love what they do. They take the time to understand my dog's personality and needs. The highlight is the ability to view your pet in real time on their pet cam and pictures posted on Instagram. ❤️❤️
