Braintree Veterinary Care

I have a terrier mix I adopted from Arkansas and brought her there because of what seemed to be an ear infection. The staff was very helpful and nice. The building was very clean. Everything was explained to me and I walked out with all the medication I needed. The price for the visit was reasonable and everything else I guess is what to be expected from blood test and medication. Will bring her back again and would recommend. ****UPDATE. Just got a puppy and he loves this place as well.

I noticed the just the other night that my cat Jake had blood in his urine. I called Braintree Vet Care and immediately got an appointment. They held on to him for a few hours so they could obtain a urine sample that would be sufficient for analysis. From the greeting to his evaluation and to his ultimate treatment and scheduling our follow-up, Jake got the best treatment l could want. I am very happy! Jake made a bunch of new friends too. I have three other cats as well that I will be taking there for their care. I can't speak highly enough of the team of staff, they all were very nice and professional. Jake was in excellent hands!!! Thank you.

I was taking my elderly cat here for a few years and the team here was always so knowledgeable and supportive. When it was time to say my goodbyes to Ramsey the folks here were so compassionate and sweet. I’m lucky Ramsey and I were surrounded by such nice people. If I ever get another pet we will be going back to Braintree Vet.

Benny loves his new vet! They answered all my questions, and I felt like they truly cared about me and Benny. Even the receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming!! Highly recommend!

This place is the only animal hospital that my cat has let trim her claws. This, in my mind, means my cat got good vibes from the staff and she trusted them enough to let the tech cut her claws. Animals are a good judge of character. Oh, they also have reasonable prices.

I brought my little pup here on a Sunday afternoon after she sliced her leg on a hidden piece of glass. They explained everything to me in detail and presented the options clearly. I wish I could give 10 stars for the way they treated my dog who was a little stressed out. Unfortunately she somehow got through her cone and took out her stitches herself so I brought her back two days later. Again, they treated her like a tiny little dog rock star and fixed her right up. They listened to my concerns and helped me address a few concerns I had about her follow up care. Great place and a lovely group of people - highly recommend.

I take both my dogs to Braintree vet and I’ve always found them to be good. One of my dogs is dog reactive and my other is sensitive to the vet and they have always made accommodations to handle them. I initially found they provided good care. I’m writing this review though because things have changed since they diagnosed my dog with cancer and now I feel it’s not just good care it’s really great care. They truly have been here when I needed them. They are super responsive (shout out to reception) and get my dog who’s been diagnosed looked at asap when necessary. It’s easy to take our vets for granted when vet care is a tough business but I can say Dr Capraro, Dr Kingston and the techs genuinely want what’s best for your pets. I hope owners/management appreciate the staff they have because they make the visits worth it.
