I came into All Cats & Dogs two weeks ago with my elderly cat for sudden continuous vomiting. At the time I just picked the closest vet open nearby. I am very glad for it! Dr Bruner and Caroline have been phenomenal when it comes to my cat's care and their transparency on all fronts of his care. Transparency is something I personally value when it comes to medical care and I truly felt like they were giving me the full honest scope with all the information I needed to make the best decision for my pet. The cost is a bit high (what vet isn't) but they do work with you on that and are as open and transparent as they can be about what needs to be done. I did not feel like at any point they pushed any procedure I could not afford, yet were still honest about what my cat needed. They have empathy and compassion for not just your pet but also you as well. This is true of Dr Bruner but this is also especially true of their vet tech Caroline who was the one to talk to me in detail about costs and treatment. My old man unfortunately got diagnosed with progressive diseases that will not get better and mean we will be visiting the office more often. But I feel like I am very fortunate to have landed with this team off the bat. I feel very confident that he is in good hands and I currently continue to seek them out in his on going care.

Make sure you read your bill with a fine tooth comb. Make sure what they are saying you owe is what they actually are charging you. After paying $1500 for my cat, we went back the next day to pick her up. We were told she doesn’t need one medication, but needs a steroid instead and wanted to charge us an extra $100. Now I know the cost of a steroid, minus another medication does not equal $100 and they couldn’t even tell us what we were actually paying. They send the updated balance over to our cherry credit card and it was $10 more than what they originally just said. When questioned, they just said it’s wrong in their system but correct on cherry and refused to honor the price they literally just said that we owed. Never again.

This has been my second time at this location, both of my visits the staff have been nothing but welcoming! The first time I went here was for my puppies 9/12 week shots, and the exam/shots were handled by Dr. Bruner and whom I believe to be a tech lead Tabitha (I asked for her name). They were both very knowledgeable and personable and overall I had a good experience. Today I went again for his booster shots as well as a rabies shot. This time I met Dr. Ruth and Tabitha was there to assist as well. They both explained what to expect in the coming months for my newish puppy, and both seemed to really enjoy their work! Overall I would highly recommend bringing your furry friends to visit them and let the employees do their magic!

In December I took my cat, Jesse, to All Cats & Dogs for updated vaccines. However, I mentioned that he had been having some issues regarding his water intake. The team at All Cats & Dogs took my concern very seriously and they wasted no time getting to the bottom of this issue. A few appointments later, Dr. Rice informed me that after some tests, they could conclude that my cat was in fact diabetic. While this newfound information was extremely stressful and scary, the staff did everything in their power to make this experience flow as easy as possible for me and Jesse. I am eternally grateful for everything this staff has done for my cat. Watching his improvement in health from the first time I brought him to now is amazing! While he still doesn’t like going to the vet, I know that the doctors and techs take the best care of him because he is always happy to see them. He especially loves Dr. Nancy Rice. She is an amazing doctor with an extensive knowledge of veterinary medicine. I trust her with Jesse 110%. The techs are also amazing. At my most recent appointment, Braylie made Jesse feel very safe which I think is one of the most important qualities a tech can have! Overall, this is a great veterinary office and I feel that Jesse is in the best hands possible!!

Don't go to All Cats and Dogs Animal Hospital if you want a veterinary clinic that actually cares about your pet instead of the money they're going to make. We've been recently going there for my dog Blu who had been sick and after charging me $1,600 they recommended I go somewhere that does ultrasound because they didn't have an answer. So I then went to All Creatures who did an Ultrasound and sent me to Nashville where we found out my dog has cancer. I called All cats and dogs to see if I could refill his prescriptions here since this is my dogs normal vet to which I was told since he hasn't been there in a while, they would have to do a check up on him (which is $95) before they could refill any medications. I informed the lady I was speaking to that we had been there a month ago, and that they were the ones who recommended the ultrasound. I asked if I could have BluePearl in Nashville send his prognosis and medications because at this point he's just being kept comfortable, there is no treatment. And all she replied with is that they would still need to do a check up. Every time I've gone there they seem to put payment before care on top of charging you extra for using a card. I thought that was normal until going to other clinics that don't do that. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely do not go here. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was extremely unwelcoming. My dog approached the receptionist and wasn’t acknowledged at all, which immediately set the tone. I went in solely for eye drops, yet they attempted to push unnecessary tests and quoted me nearly $160 for what should have been a $26 medication. Another client ahead of me was visibly shocked by an unexpected $180 bill as well. While the doctor was somewhat pleasant, the overall experience felt focused on upselling rather than care. My dog was not made to feel comfortable or welcomed. I would not recommend this clinic—there are much better veterinary options in Bowling Green.

We took our beagle, Maddie in today to get her eye checked because it was swollen and her inner lid was pulled up. It looked really painful and when I called all cats and dogs veterinary hospital, they said come right in and we will take care of her. They were so wonderful with her! From the front desk to the tech Adam to our vet, Vasi Wilk DVM. They gave her peanut butter, hugs and kisses, examined her eye gave her dye to see where the cut was in her retina and then gave us some medicine to put in her eye. Adam even did the first treatment. What a wonderful staff! We had a really fantastic experience! We highly recommend all cats and dogs veterinary hospital in bowling green, KY.
