I’m so thankful for all the kind, professional, hard-working folks here. They took the best care of my dog and I when my dog suddenly and surprisingly passed. And they also took incredible care of my 13 year old cat. She was there for one week and CASE took great care of her and helped support me to continue her healing journey. She’s doing well now all thanks to them.

By far a step above the rest. I researched, asked around, and did multiple consult visits at recommended facilities looking for the right oncology team. Not only did Dr. Wittenbern and CeCe patiently answer every question they made my dog's first visit a comfortable and positive experience with a comfy bed and lots of kisses, which made her first actual appointment a breeze. Everyone on the team is extremely kind and knowledgeable with all my pestering questions, updates, and need for hand holding through the process. Very easy to contact you can call, text, or email! Whatever the outcome of this curse I know I picked the most capable team to help us fight with everything we've got.

My experience from walking in the door to bringing Alfred home three days later was excellent. I felt informed the entire time and knew Alfred was being well cared for. I first went to another ER and was sent to CASE as they were better equipped to handle this poison case. Hopefully, I will not be back there but would not hesitate to return if I need to.

I’ve been to CASE more than I’d like to admit - ongoing chemo and two series of radiation for my little girl over the course of three months. Despite the daily 70-mile round trip and the gravity of why we’re here, I truly enjoy visiting the team at CASE. From the front desk staff to Dr. Galloway and Dr. Freemeyer in the oncology department, everyone is compassionate, honest, and incredibly skilled. If it weren’t for this hospital, I would have lost Charlie back in September. You’d think daily radiation would make a dog despise the vet, but Charlie still happily prances in with her tail held high. That speaks volumes about the care she receives. While I can’t speak to the emergency side, their oncology and specialty care is world-class. I cannot recommend CASE highly enough.

I went to CASE from SD as they were a more specialized clinic. I had no idea what to expect when I walked in. But talk about feeling welcome as soon as you step foot in their clinic. And the vet tech i cannot remember her name but beyond amazing!! She was a shining star in that place and she deserves all the recognition. I cannot say enough good words about her. Her and the DR really calmed my nerves about my boy and walked me thru every step. They cared and I trusted them with my boy. The only thing I could say negative is I wish there was a clinic in SD. Thank you all at CASEnfor taking care of my boy and best friend Whiskey. Your love for animals and seeing them thrive is amazing and it shows in your work.

I always have good experiences at CASE with all of my personal dogs, as well as client dogs for my boarding business. I wanted to specifically shout out all of the surgical department. They have been very patient in helping treat my handsome tripawd over the last year. They are always very friendly and receptive to client concerns. You can tell all of the staff including receptionists, LOVE dogs and make them feel so special. I hate going to the vet because it means my pet isn’t feeling their best, but staff always makes it such a special treat by giving so many compliments and love to my babies. Sometime I want to book an appointment just so my dog can get the special attention! 😆 Thank you CASE for being such a valuable resource for my fur babies and me!

My experience with CASE has been with the Pain Management and Physical Rehabilitation Department, specifically with Dr. Gaynor, who did our dog's initial pain assessment (he is excellent, by the way), and Sarah, the RVT & CCAT who has been assisting us with our dog's physical therapy. I can't say enough good things about Sarah! She is incredibly knowledgeable, and is always friendly, flexible, and attentive. During our sessions, she is very conscientious, and she gives great feedback on what she sees and how my dog looks during sessions, along with ways we can work to make progress at home. She has made a huge difference in our geriatric dog’s quality of life, and the improvement we’ve seen in his comfort and mobility has been great. Thank you for everything, Sarah!
