A1 Service! Dr Chopra was Extremely helpful with Nena my female cat who had breathing issues and took me the next day first thing in the morning after I called the night before. Don't judge a book by its cover. This animal hospital may not look pretty from the outside but once inside a visit, X-ray and steroid and antibody medicine shot was much more affordable than other places I called (I drove from Roslindale just to come here) and the quality of care my cat Nena got was Amazing! Dr Chopra is from India and well educated so rest assured your animal is getting TOP quality care here.

I brought my cat Cataleya because she wasn't acting like herself. Dr. Chopra gave Leah antibiotics which are helping her feel better All the employees are really kind and understanding. I've told people to go to your clinic because of how great it is. God bless you 💜🖤💜 XoJaynaoX🖤💜🖤

I have been taking my pets to East Boston Animal Hospital for many years. Dr. Chopra is a wonderful and caring Vet. He is not one to order unnecessary tests and takes his time with each of his patients. He takes the time to explain things and answers questions calmly and efficiently. The staff are always helpful and caring and go out of their way to assist you in any way possible. During Covid Dr. Chopra continued to see owners and their pets in person when others were closed. I am very grateful for this wonderful practice so close to my home.

I had a wonderful experience bringing my dog Rye to East Boston animal hospital. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They take great care of their clients and make the whole visit smooth and comfortable. One thing I really appreciated is that they have a Spanish-speaking staff member, which is very helpful for many pet owners in the community. Dr. Raman Chopra is truly the best. He is very knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the animals he treats. The quality of care here is excellent. Another big plus is that their charges are very reasonable compared to other clinics, while still providing top-quality service. I highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and affordable care for their pets. Rye and I are very grateful! I want to thank Dr, Chopra for his excellet opinions for taking care of pets. He is the BEST!!!!

East Boston Animal Hospital has been an absolute gem when it comes to care for my dogs. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about animal health. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and front staff was very helpful. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. Dr. Chopra took a thorough approach, asking great questions, explaining the diagnosis clearly, and walking me through next steps with patience and expertise. I also really appreciated how calm and gentle the technicians were with my dogs throughout the visit. It’s clear this team is committed to both the medical and emotional wellbeing of their patients. 5 stars without hesitation!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at East Boston Animal Hospital. I’ve been bringing my two dogs there for a long time and trusted them with their care. Both of my dogs supposedly had the same procedures done, yet during an emergency situation when I had to travel overseas, I found out one of my dogs was missing vaccines and apparently never had a microchip registered — even though I was told otherwise. To make matters worse, the staff could not find important records and were very unprofessional and rude when I tried to get answers. During a stressful emergency, the last thing a pet owner needs is confusion, lack of accountability, and poor customer service. I trusted this clinic for years and now I feel completely let down. Please think twice before bringing your pets here.
