I have been with them for 29 years and now my cat has a huge aural hematoma in his ear. I took it to Pets First, Dr. McKowen and he wanted $1000 plus but with Christmas I didnt have it plus i paid $150 for the office visit. I had to take him home and I called them back but he said it was cash only. I asked if $500 down and $250 every other week would cover it and he said, I'm a business so no. Where's the Love of my animals Dr? How come hospitals don't make you pay for heart surgeries up front like I had 9 months ago? I will never go back to a none caring, cash only piece of work like this place. 0 stars is more like it unless you pay me $1000 first. 29 years, Whatever!

The doctor and techs are all great here! They take amazing care of my little guy. He does not love his nails trimmed at home so we visit regularly for pedicures! 😉 Henry has also boarded three nights and he had a wonderful stay and definitely was not left wanting for attention!! The entire staff is caring, kind, and accommodating! They love pets, and it shows!
Yesterday was my second time going to Pets First and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. They are friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure I'm completely aware of what's going on with my pup and the best course of action to treat him. My first time taking Mr. Tips to Pets First, it was a great experience. They were friendly and thorough in addressing any concerns about the dog. They also seem to have fair prices and discounts for some services. I’d recommend them to anyone who has a pet that they want to keep healthy.
I take my cat to this clinic and the staff and Dr's are wonderful. My Mom recommended them when I first got my cat several years ago. My Mom has 2 dogs and the care they receive is wonderful too. Thanks to Pet's First for taking such good care of our families pets.
We have trusted our animals to the Drs, Techs, and admin staff at Pets First for over 15 years. From getting puppies and kittens off to a good start to compassionate caring end of life care they are absolutely excellent. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
