One of the best veterinary clinics I have ever been to! My cat, Sesame, was choking, and no other vet would accept walk-ins. The emergency clinics were far too expensive, and I was terrified. These amazing people took Sesame in right away, made time for her even though they were busy, examined her, and got her the medication she needed in just a few minutes. The veterinarian was wonderful, and the receptionist was incredibly kind and compassionate. You can truly tell that everyone here cares deeply about animals and their owners. I am so grateful for the care they gave Sesame. If your pet ever needs help, I highly recommend coming here. These are some of the kindest, most caring people I have ever met. Ada Veterinary Hospital in Boise treats my fur babies like their own family. With just a simple phone call, their team is always knowledgeable, professional, and eager to help in any way they can. My corgi has allergies, and they did a wonderful job walking me through different care options so I could choose what felt right. When my girl got burs stuck in her left ear, Dr. Betts removed them gently and with such care. I’m grateful for the compassion they show every single visit.

As with any place you take your pet it’s all about the people. The entire staff here is consistent and friendly. Genuinely concerned about your pet while at the same time helping you make good decisions I found their services to be well priced and they make an effort to help you keep costs to what you can afford. The care by the staff is what I appreciate most.

I can't say enough great things about this clinic and the staff. My husband has been taking his dogs here since early 2000. I'm an over protective dog mama, so it takes a lot for me hand over my babies to anyone. From my very first visit, I felt at ease. Becca at the front desk is an absolute angel. She is always kind and loving and goes out of her way to accommodate. Dr. Maleki and Dr. Stope have both done surgeries on my yorkies and they did an amazing job. Dr. Warner made a great suggestion, recommending these cute surgical recovery suits to avoid our pups having to use the cone after surgery. Dr. Betts has been great as well. I highly recommend this clinic!! Thank you all for being a comfort to us.

The vet here found something on my dog that a previous vet hadn't -- that his hip was dislocated. She recommended x-rays, which a previous vet didn't. The x-rays showed the femur not in the socket. He's only 2 or 3 years old and apparently dogs are way better at not showing they are hurt, especially a young dog. I felt like they cared about my dogs. The doctor took the time to explain everything to me. She made a referral to a surgeon. Overall, I would definitely recommend them.

Beware of this veterinarian. Dr. Maleki (Dr. Neglecti) is indifferent and lacks compassion and interest in your pet. I dropped my dog off for a "routine surgery" on a Monday And by Friday, she died. I 100% trusted her, and that is something I will not do again. Each time I called in, her staff, who appeared to like playing doctor over the phone, would offer Some reasoning as to why my dog was probably fine (Anesthesia still wearing off, "Her system probably hasn’t woken up yet". They Offered prescriptions over the phone without a check up. Not once did they suggest that I should bring her in just to be sure and have her looked at. Instead of trusting my intuition, I trusted them. Instead of having seven more years with my beautiful dog, I have a cedar box with her ashes in it. When the doctor wrote a letter to me, she insinuated that it was my fault and in the same breath said she would be changing some of the practices in her office. She’s clearly interested in covering her own interest. I can’t change the past or bring My dog back, but I can share this experience and hope that nobody else has to go through this with this Office.

My fur babies are my everything to me! I have been to many clinics and this clinic helped my anxiety ridden doggies feel comfortable and cared for. It was a wonderful experience for a day that is usually stressful. Highly recommend and thank you again!
