I’ve been going to Boca village since September 2025 I used DR Carla and she’s been wonderful with my tiny girl who’s only 3.6 lbs she explained the best way to give liquid meds on the side of the mouth so they’re not gagging. She just had her spay at 11 months old. And she did great. I felt completely comfortable knowing she was in good hands. The nurses are amazing as well. I have a lot of experience in the veterinary world being a dog owner for the past 17 years. I highly recommend Boca village to anyone who needs experienced vets working with tiny babies.

I brought my cat, Oreo, for some tests because she has some irritation we can't figure out. We got the most caring, warm and professional care. Oreo felt super comfortable and got lots of back rubs and lots of love. Dr Carla and Dr Flavia were super gentle and informative and every pet that got out of the treatments rooms- looked happy and calm! You can see how much they truly love animals. We couldn't have asked for better experience. Thank you so much for being so wonderful and caring 🙏

We love this practice and have been with them for years. They have cared for both our Springers including assisting us with navigating radiation treatments at another facility when needed. They were so kind and compassionate when it was time to say goodbye. We’ll never go anywhere else. I look forward to well checks and seeing everyone! They treat Brady like a king!🐶

I brought my cat Eli in for a visit, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Carla Batalha and her vet techs were incredibly gentle, patient, and kind with Eli, who wasn’t feeling well. He had an abscess that Dr. Batalha carefully drained, and she explained everything clearly step by step, which made me feel very comfortable. She also made sure Eli was up to date on his vaccinations and prescribed antibiotics to help him heal quickly. The office was clean, organized, and welcoming, and everyone treated Eli with so much care and compassion. He was calmer than I expected during the whole visit, which says a lot about how comfortable he felt. I’m truly grateful for the excellent care Dr.Batalha and her team provided! I’d recommend them to anyone in the Boca, Palm Beach, or Broward County area looking for a vet who genuinely cares about both pets and their owners.

Everything about this veterinary clinic is EXCELLENT from the doctors to the staff !! I feel like they are part of my family. Their compassion and care for my pets have been beyond compare. Unfortunately, they've had some severe problems over the years, but thanks to Dr. Beebe's knowledge and advise for treatment, we seemed to have made it through. TRUST ME. You won't be sorry. . Bee Bee and the entire team at Boca Village Animal Hospital are truly exceptional. I have a 16-year-old Shiba Inu named Sheana, and caring for a senior dog can be emotional and overwhelming, but this team has made all the difference. Dr. Bee Bee is incredibly thorough, patient, and compassionate. She never dismisses concerns as "old dog issues" and always takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure I feel comfortable with every decision. Her calm energy and bedside manner are unmatched, and the level of trust I have in her is priceless. Alyssa and the front desk team, especially Felicia and Sheri, are warm, kind, and genuinely caring. They are always responsive, helpful, and make the entire experience feel supportive from start to finish. The hospital is clean, reasonably priced, and they never push unnecessary products or services. After ten years with another vet, finding Dr. Bee Bee truly felt like finding home.
