I finally found a place that I feel very comfortable with. Amazing staff. Polite friendly and listened to everything I had to say. They really seem to care about "Link". I recommend this place if you love your furry friend.
Just an amazing place! Your pets will love the professional staff and environment. Knowledgeable and prices are reasonable considering their quality of care! Place is so clean and doesn’t smell like a Vet office!
These guys saved our Cat’s life. My established vet refused to see us because they had no open appointments despite having heard me describe my cat’s life-threatening symptoms. I called Ebert and they immediately saw us and performed surgery to save our beloved 2 year old Tuxedo Cat. Our family is thankful and definitely recommends this Animal hospital!
The cleanest vet office I’ve ever been to. Not to mention their vet techs are super sweet like MARISSA! She answered any questions we had and helped us feel more comfortable about a surgery.
Very friendly, compassionate staff and Doctor. They were able to fit me in when my cat had a loose molar that was causing her pain. They removed the tooth and she is back to her playful self. Thanks again!
I've always taken all my dogs here they are extremely patient especially now with my new dog Trixie American German Rottweiler who is 19 months old Trixie's been going there since she was 9 weeks excellent care
POST UPDATED: So I find myself a new vet. Here in the Youngstown area there aren't that many around so there's Ebert. They were terrible. Then there's the other service provider who I kicked myself for not contacting them to begin with and that is CRAGO. So I make the appt with CRAGO. I explain to the office that I am changing vets so she said bring in their records. I take their records to CRAGO on W Blvd in Boardman. I leave the records for them to scan. I said I'll pick them up when we come in for the appt. Lo and behold, I did not know this, there are TWO CRAGO vets in town and they are not affiliated?? What?? I mean c'mon. When this lady told me that I had to pinch myself. Is this the twilight zone?? So the next day I go to get the records to take them to the right office, the other CRAGO, not affiliated with the other vet named CRAGO... It's weird. But I noticed something when I went back the next day. There were 15 women behind that front desk?? Seriously?? Same at Ebert. They got about 25 women there crowded around the front desk. So you figure if there are that many people working there at approximately $15 an hour, just a guess (I'm sure most are making more), multiply that by 8 = $120. That $120 x the number of people working there, let's say 17. $120 X 17 employees equals $2,040 for one days' work for 17 employees at $15 per hour. Take that $2,040 and multiply that by 5 and that equals $10,200 to pay all those employees for one week. So $10,200 x the 4 weeks of the month and now we're at darn near $41,000 for one month for 17 employees at $15 an hour. And that's probably a low guestimate because that's not including the veterinarians' paycheck and you know that's a lot!! S/he is a doctor after all. You may ask what does this have to do with the terrible service. It has everything to do with the terrible service. They're gouging patrons/patients to pay ALL THOSE PEOPLE who are working at these places. So when I walked into CRAGO's the next day I was like DAMN!! Why are all these people working here? There was one person sitting there with a dog. It was 10:00 a.m. This is why our bills are so ridiculously high. They gotta charge whatever it is they can get away with to pay all those people sitting around doing ... I can't imagine. It's not like there's a lot of insurance??? POINT IS BE DILIGENT ABOUT THE BILL. GET COSTS UP FRONT BECAUSE IF NOT THEY WILL TRY TO 'PAD' THE BILL, AS THEY SAY. I'M HERE AS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE. SO OBVIOUSLY I'VE FINALLY MADE CONTACT WITH MY NEW VET, CRAGO on MARKET STREET, NOT W BLVD. WHEN I WALKED IN THERE, I WAS SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. THERE WAS ONE VERY NICE YOUNG LADY AT THE DESK. SHE TOOK THE RECORDS. WE CHATTED FOR A MINUTE. ANOTHER WOMAN CAME AROUND FROM THE BACK AND THAT'S THE ONLY TWO PEOPLE I SAW AND THAT WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NICE. THEY WERE GREAT. IN FACT I'M EXCITED MY DOGS HAVE A NEW VET.
