Missouri Valley Vet - Pinehurst

Our vet recently closed, and when my dog suddenly needed emergency surgery, we were terrified trying to figure out where to go. From the moment we walked in, the level of care we received was beyond anything we could have imagined. Not only did they get him in right away, but every part of the experience was incredible from the surgery itself, to the follow-up care, to the detailed testing and communication throughout the entire process. You can truly tell how much they care about their patients and the families behind them. I honestly can’t imagine ever going anywhere else now. 100/10 recommend!

By far the best veterinary clinic I have ever visited. They were soo informative and caring when it came to my animal and don’t get me started on their pricing(fabulous)! They made me feel seen and made sure all my questions were answered the the best effect! 5 stars all the way!!

My dog tore both ‘ACL’s’. Dr. Tanya is a superb surgeon who has perfected this corrective TPLO surgery. She & her team are incredibly understanding of the dog parents fears & are always there to answer any questions. This surgery makes a HUGE difference for my girl, & it will not fail if you follow directions for aftercare, ESPECIALLY the dreaded E-collar (cone of shame). I suggest not going someplace ‘cheaper’ as in this particular instance, you get what you pay for. Thanks, guys, for taking such good care of my girl, Kadie, & giving me many more happy years with her. I am grateful.

My 7-year-old German Shepherd had a scheduled flea and tick appointment. He was overstimulated by the environment and vocal at times, but remained manageable and was successfully examined. I also asked if the veterinarian could take a quick look at a patch of hair loss on his tail while we were there. The response made me feel as though I was inconveniencing the staff for asking an additional question. I understand clinics have schedules and time constraints, but I left feeling dismissed rather than supported. The medical care itself was adequate, but the overall experience left me feeling unwelcome as a client.

Drove 3 hours as no veterinarians near me had available appointments or were accepting new patients. Receptionist was going to tell me I couldn't be seen, as my pet didn't have any records. I said that would have been nice to know when I made the appointment and that I drove 3 hours. She was adamant I wasn't going to be seen, until I asked to talk to someone else. Veterinarian and her assistants were wonderful, but reception could use more compassion.

If could give zero stars would. My dog passed away under their care. They push their cremations service do not use. Going on week three. Said up to four weeks after lying saying takes one. This place is a joke. Sorry but they do not care.

We will be forever indebted to the staff and doctors at Missouri Valley. Our little 5 pound Chihuahua had a terrible injury while traveling with us to Bismarck to visit family. Two of his paws were injured so badly we couldn't even imagine him being able to walk again. From the moment we arrived the staff moved swiftly to stabilize and care for Paco. They were beyond kind and understanding during this incredibly emotional time. The vet care he received was truly what saved his life and his paws. If it were not for the staff there I truly believe we would not have had the same outcome. Upon returning home our vet was beyond complimentary about how well he had been cared for and was amazed at how well he was healing from such a traumatic incident. Paco is now able to not only walk but even run! We truly appreciate every single member of your team and recommend you to all of our family and friends in Bismarck! Thank you!!!!!!!!!
