I have been going to Caring hands for years. They are always so kind and understanding. They helped so much with a recent visit, I had some complications and they helped me find a solution. So grateful for the compassion and understanding!

Caring hands has cared for our pups medical needs. They are kind, friendly, very clean and can be trusted. Our pups have had dental care, surgeries, health maintenance and emergencies. Our oldest is 16 years and the youngest is 3.

Dr Amber Hearon (if i spelled the name correctly) and her kind vet tech and pharmacist and receptionist were all so amazing. (So sorry I dont know their names, I completely spaced about asking) My dog normally hates the vet but it was clearly night and day and she loved everyone here. My dog came in for an initial visit, vaccines, and a treatment plan and they were all so amazing. I even cried after the appt because for once, my dog was treated with so much TLC at a vet from everyone. They have many options to offer here, its quite impressive and I don't feel like I'm left to do all my research. My dog was able to sit down and relax and take the injections. I've never seen anything like that in my entire life, these staff are capable of making it a safe space for your dogs that have had extremely negative experiences in the past. I even took photos to show my friends and family cause I was just so impressed with their skill. Getting those meds started does cost quite a bit of money but it was so worth it. I had to cancel some appointments in the past because of scheduling conflicts on my end and the front desk staff were always so kind and accommodating when I had to reschedule another visit because of work. Thank you everyone for helping my dog get the care she deserves. 💖💖💖

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We cannot thank Joelle and Dr. Herron enough for the incredible care, compassion, and support they gave our French Bulldog, Millie. From the moment we walked in, they treated her like family and made us feel completely comfortable and cared for through the entire process. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine love for animals truly stand out. It’s not easy trusting someone with your fur baby, but Joelle and Dr. Herron went above and beyond in every way possible. Millie received amazing care, and we are beyond grateful for everything they did for her. If you are in Billings, Montana and looking for a team that truly cares, we highly recommend them. I've brought my guinea pig, Thelma, in to see these guys several times for jaw abscess issues. If you know guinea pigs, you know that this is a really common problem for them. They have been great with her. I went to another local vet before I came to these guys, huge mistake. The other vet gave my guinea pig an antibiotic that is a big no no for guinea pigs, and it almost killed her. The exotic pet vets at Caring Hands knew right away what to do to get her back on the right track. They are knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and willing to talk through everything. Their prices are reasonable, the facility is clean and their staff are professional. Its a great place to get care.

This has been my vet for some years now for my doggy and I just have to say 15/10. Most recently she had to have some dental procedures then a toe amputated a few months after this. Costs are given to you ahead of time in an estimate and often end up on the lower side of that estimated price, but you’re aware what could increase it and why prior to. The care, the follow-up and the patience with my 100 questions cannot go unnoticed. Not to mention her paw looks so good after the toe removal, it is healing great and the surgical work done is top tier. I was so concerned with how her paw would look after this and it looks amazing. Can’t say enough good things. Thank you! 🙏🏼

This place did great at treating my kitten Finn with so much care and patience. He got his rabies and microchip for fairly cheap compared to other vets which was $200 and at Caring Hands it was $115. He had ear mites too and the vet cleaned them free of charge . My new and favorite vets in Billings. Not to mention I have 4 other animals and we will be vetting here now. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful with my questions.
