Animal Clinic of Billings

Our 5-month-old German Shepard (Ranger) was hit by a utility truck during a snowstorm. We took him to a local vet who told us his injuries were beyond their capabilities. They gave us a choice of two vets as to where to take Ranger. Both were over 5 hours away. We chose Animal Clinic of Billings as we are originally from Montana. Our local vet called Animal Clinic of Billing to let them know we were on our way and provided them with a clinical update. We were so scared for Ranger's survival. Upon arrival we walked into the clinic and before we could say anything, they asked "Are you from Fall Rivers Vet Clinic?" Upon answering yes, they sprung into action providing the best care for not only Ranger, but for Ranger's humans too! The compassion, care, and genuine concern for Ranger and his humans was beyond words. They had the two specialists (spine and hip) doctors on hand to immediately provide expert care to Ranger. Range was there for 4 days and had surgery to repair his injuries. They kept us updated and informed of their concerns for Ranger and his care outcomes. Thank to their expert knowledge and care/compassion, Ranger is expected to make a full recovery. Saying thank you does not cover our gratitude for the above and beyond care we ALL received! Highly recommend Animal Clinic of Billings as we as so grateful they were there for us!!!

So we have a 12 year old jack/pug who tore her rear ACL. We called and spoke with Dr Scott Flamme and he was awesome. We made the 1000 mile round trip journey. All of the staff were outstanding! Over two days of pre op testing and xrays then surgery I would give them a 10 out of 10. We have been to many vets in many states and Dr Scott Flamme is one of the best. Not only for his knowledge and caring for our dog. Also the price was as it was expected and in our opinion no unneeded charges or services like a lot of vets we have visited. We were well informed about what would be done and well informed of the after care and how to provide it for our dog. Thank you Dr Scott Flamme and thank you to all of your staff. We made the trip for our dog. Now after meeting you and your staff if we need any care in the future we will be making the journey for our dog and for a outstanding vet and staff.

we have a dachshund who blew a disc out in her back. they didn't hesitate to take her on as a patient even though we had never been here before and are not from here. they worked directly with my pet insurance and they made us feel confident and comfortable with taking care of her before we brought her home with us. the doctor even gave us a referral for the next place we are stopping to be able to get her some rehab services. can't recommend them enough to anyone in the area.

We have trusted Animal Clinic of Billings for several years. Dr Scott did eye surgery on Charlie, the team cared for her during her pregnancy. Dr Brown docked the 9 puppy tails and dewclaws. Dr Massic spayed Charlie and Dr Scott just spayed or Annie Bell. Great place with great doctors and staff lots of love and care. Jason Houser

Dr. Massic and her assistant Emily are amazing! They have gone above and beyond for our animals! I was nervous to find a new vet last year and they have put me at ease with their vast knowledge and fun loving personalities. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Animal Clinic of Billings, and honestly I wish I would've switched over to Animal Clinic of Billings sooner with my older pup. We have two dogs, and our youngest has been going there since we first got her. My older pup has had chronic ear infections and Dr. Massic and her vet tech Emily have been unmatched in not only their expertise in getting it under control, but also their empathy for me as the pet owner. I always leave there feeling reassured. You can tell that everyone there is truly there for the wellbeing of animals, and not necessarily their bottom line/making money as a business. You can truly feel that and there is no other place I'd recommend for taking your pet!

I’ve taken my dog here for the past 2 years after using other local veterinary clinics. The staff is incredibly kind to the "patients", knowledgeable and helpful. Costs are reasonable and I always get a follow up call to check on my pup. My dog actually gets excited when we go to the vet and pulls me to the door!
