As someone who has worked in the veterinary field in Arizona for 16 years, I truly understand how stressful and demanding emergency medicine can be for both the team and the pet owners walking through the door. When my dog Floyd needed to be seen, I was genuinely impressed. He was taken back promptly, and every single person we interacted with from the front desk to the technician was incredibly kind, compassionate, and welcoming. You can feel when a team genuinely cares, and that was absolutely the case here. The veterinarian was wonderful, personable, down to earth, and respectful of my perspective. I especially appreciated that they didn’t push diagnostics and gave me thoughtful guidance with the option to return if Floyd doesn’t improve. On top of that, the cost was much less than I expected, which was a huge relief during an already stressful situation. Floyd (and his colorful tail 🐾) and I are so grateful for the care we received. Thank you to everyone there !

Took my dog, Reynold, to this clinic after he ate an entire bag of grapes. I was pretty scared and spicy/impatient when I initially arrived but their team did a great job of easing our concerns and seeing him promptly. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because my dog is reactive and I tried to insist on accompanying him during his treatment to ease his stress and soothe his reactivity but they did not allow it. Honestly understandable. The clinic wasn’t busy so I would’ve preferred they made a concession for my dog’s reactivity and stress but they did a good job removing his muzzle and putting it back on him. We left our house in a rush without a proper leash but they supplied one and let us take it home. Their team took great care of my dog and I’m grateful for their expertise during a scary situation! The vet presented the treatment options clearly and openly and took great consideration for my questions about cost. Shout out to the technicians that had to pick through my dog’s vomit to count all the grapes he ate, y’all are the real MVPs. I would confidently take any of my animals back to this clinic in the event of an emergency.

Amazing and professional staff. I rushed my kitty in on Sunday because he was crying in pain. They got him in immediately and cleared his blockage. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and the vet was very knowledgeable and informative. They were very transparent with the cost and gave me an itemized bill with the estimate and explained the procedures. I chose to keep him there overnight and it was worth it. Emilie and the night staff took care of my kitty overnight and did an amazing job monitoring him, making him feel safe, loved, and comfortable. Finn says thank you for saving me

I called twice to get dog in . Once at 10:00 PM The second time begging to take him. They were at full Capacity. The person on phone would not budge and showed no compassion Just kept repeating self. I just asked for Comfort measures. They offered me to drive to another animal shelter a hour and half away.I started drive and dog died in car.

The staff was so caring and compassionate with our sweet girl. We’ve had to use Animal Emergency Center services three times throughout the last few years, two of those times being just a week apart. The staff, nurses and drs. were professional, explained everything to us and took such good care of our 11 year old girl until she finally had to be laid to rest. Our family cannot thank the hospital enough for their quick and heartfelt care.

Review: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5 stars) I took my dog to this clinic late at night after he was hit by a vehicle while I was at work. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. However, my overall experience with the doctor was very disappointing. The veterinarian was in surgery when we arrived, so we waited for quite a while. When she finally saw us, she told me my dog needed surgery and sent us home with several medications. The total bill came to about $680. The next day, I followed up with my regular vet, who took X-rays and examined my dog. I was told he did not have any fractures and did not need surgery or most of the medications prescribed by the emergency clinic. My follow-up visit was much less expensive and far more accurate. I’m very disappointed with the care and diagnosis we received at this clinic. I would not recommend it based on my experience.

I wanted to share how grateful I am for the kindness I received when I called about my cat, Merlin, the other night. I was extremely worried and a bit frantic, and Amy was incredibly patient, compassionate, and reassuring while she spoke with me. Even though I ended up not needing your services, she treated me with so much care and respect regardless. What meant even more was that after I left a message thanking her, she actually called me back. That level of thoughtfulness and follow-up really stood out to me. When someone is stressed and worried about their pet, having a person like Amy on the other end of the phone makes a huge difference. Please make sure her manager knows what a wonderful job she does supporting people who call in during stressful situations. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism truly reflect well on your clinic. Thank you again, Amy, for being so compassionate when I needed it.
