I just want to thank the entire staff. My Izzy had her spade and the incision looks amazing. No redness or swelling. Day four and she is as crazy as ever. Hands down the best job I've ever seen.

My parnter and I took our cats for a few visits here, no complaints regarding the care. But.. if you are not giving them a appointment or cash on the spot, good luck getting your pets records. We were told twice by phone that they will be sent over and have had no response from multiple emails. Currently, we still do not have the records. The Vet is great but the aftercare (admin side) is greatly lacking.

I took my dog here since he was a puppy. The lady up front, I don’t know her name, was always rude. I called today to obtain my dogs records from here, said they would send them and never did. Not to mention their prices are ridiculous. Started taking my dog to pets furst in langhorne where they are so much nicer and more helpful, not to mention cheaper. Still waiting to get my records…. I just called again, they said they’re "just finishing up" from 4 hours ago. as a Customer Service representative myself , that is not how this should be handled. At least tell me it’s going to be a few hours. He hasn’t gone to the vet more than 5/6 times.

We adopted our dog and Dr Patel has been taking care of her for 2years now and i have no issues at all. I read the reviews prior to going in and thought staff and doc was going to mean but… NOT AT ALL. They are all so friendly and courteous. I am able to get quick appointments when my baby girl is sick and can sleep knowing she is in good hands.

I've never had any issues here, Dr Patel and his assistant are great. I bring my diabetic cat monthly for glucose checks and my cat is not people-friendly, but they do their best and work with her.

Dr Patel and his staff are wonderful, not only with fur babies but with their parents as well. They took care of my dog who passed away almost two years ago. We have a new puppy now and she got to meet Dr Patel and his assistant. Couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend that you don’t listen to the negative things written about this Vet. During Lock down they did close early. If they forgot to change their message it was something that they had no idea about. They worked through the lock down. My last fur baby had to be put down during that time. I highly recommend.

Stayed there for few years, the doctors medical assistant is mostly why I stayed there. She was wonderful looked forward to seeing her everytime an my dog trusted her. The Doctor never did a tear stain in my dogs eye he told me he was fine. But he wasn't he almost lost his eye. Went to blue pearl and we saved it.
