I took my baby jack jack older male cat , no appointment on a busy Saturday , they were super nice , accommodating , courteous and professional . They are great ! I trust them with my fur babies !

Quick and Amazing! Super patient with me and my cat, reassured me that my distressed cat was something they dealt with daily and helped calm her down. Yazmen, our tech, was excellent and made sure both my cat and I were taken care of. Dr. Hawthorne was super efficient and made sure everything was explained to me in a way I understood. Would highly recommend!

We needed urgent care for our cancer diagnosed dog on a Saturday morning. They did a great job. The doctor was very supportive and competent. Everybody was very friendly and professional and they made his stay as comfortable as possible.

We had a great experience at Urgent Vet Belmont. The staff was kind, calm, and incredibly compassionate during a stressful situation. They took the time to explain everything clearly and treated our pet with genuine care. The facility was clean, the wait was reasonable, and we left feeling confident our cat was in good hands. So grateful to have a place like this nearby!

Very attentive caring staff! Going to any urgent care is stressful enough, My dog can get a bit anxious when out of his environment but once he arrived the staff made him feel comfortable. Shout out to the techs that gave me such a sense of peace. I felt seen and heard and all without judgment. Highly recommended!

Thank you to everyone on site the evening of Monday, March 9th. Our nearly 20-year old cat took a traumatic and clearly painful turn for the worse around 6 pm. I made an appointment online and told them it was time for us to let him go. They met us at the door, greeted our kitty by name and led us to a private room set up like a quiet, low-lit living room so that we could say our goodbyes. At the door, I let the Tech know that he was paralyzed from the waist down. When she gave him pain meds a few moments later, she made sure to do so in his shoulder area, noting that he might not get the medication if she injected around his hips or legs. He was very quickly much more comfortable. She was very clear with all the steps of the process and we were not rushed in any way. The vet also was very clear about outlining what would happen & making sure we were ready. And finally, the very sympathetic and kind Tech who handed me our kitty's ashes and pawprint yesterday, who clearly understood why I couldn't speak. Our keepsakes (the ashes & print) were all done in a very tasteful and quality manner. Thank you to each of you for making a heartbreaking experience as easy as it could be on us and more importantly, our kitty.

Very disappointed with the care my dog received from this facility. My dog had a ruptured anal gland and they sent him home with antibiotics but no pain medicines Poor thing cried non-stop in pain. When we called to get some, we were told he’d have to be seen again since it was a different doctor on call. Why should I have to pay for not 1 but 2 expensive visits- when it was their mistake for not sending us home with something for the pain?! Had to call my primary vet to get anything. Very disheartening that they would have a dog suffer in pain vs correct their blatant mistake, to benefit their profit. Sad.
