Cat Care Clinic

Dr. Neale and his staff helped us with export exams and vaccinations for moving with our cats out of the country. I can't speak highly enough of the experience: everyone was so friendly and gentle with our cats, and the exam room setup was great. They had a little video with mice playing and areas for brave kitties to climb. It was also fairly easy to get appointments when we needed, which was a huge help. All in all, a great experience!

My cats actually like going to the vet at Cat Care Clinic. That says a lot about how good this place is. On top of this, the staff at this clinic really care about cats. I've had to bring one of my cats in twice for urinary issues. Both times, the staff at the clinic went above and beyond and scheduled time to see my cat as soon as they could, within the next day. They also made sure to follow up with phone calls to make sure my cat was alright. I moved to Seattle from Bellevue but I still take my cats all the way to Cat Care Clinic instead of another vet nearby. The care my cats have received from Cat Care Clinic has been better than any other vet I have taken them to. I have ragdoll cats and I've found most vets are not that familiar with the breed. One of the vets at Cat Care Clinic, Dr Neale has a ragdoll cat of his own! I would highly recommend bringing your cats to Cat Care Clinic especially if you are a ragdoll cat owner.

Been bringing my cat here since adopting her off a gal that does rescues. She is a spicy girl, so taking her someplace as stress free as possible has made a huge difference, and they understand my inability to give her anti-anxiety meds for her visit. She has surprisingly done a little better each time she visits 1-2 times a year (wellness and vaccines, and the one time she vomited 4-5 times and couldn't stop). Very happy with their recommendations and help with overall preventative care to keep her living her best life. Happy cat, happy cat mom! Also, they are my backup boarding place when her sitter is unavailable. Nice to have a backup just in case.

Wonderful experience. A specialized cat clinic is such a boon, it so easy and convenient to book a first appointment. The staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough and above all: cat crazy! The building is comfortable, cat friendly and even has an adorable aquarium with real fishies for the kitties to enjoy. Dr. Weina is very patient (I am a very new cat owner), thorough and gentle. I have left both visits feeling very confident. I’m happy to trust Palomita to Dr. Weina’s care and expert recommendations, and eager to explore boarding options come winter. My cats health is in great paws!

I took my cat to this clinic after recently adopting him and was told he likely has ringworm. However, I left feeling really unsatisfied with the visit. The doctor diagnosed him quickly and left before I had a chance to ask questions, which was frustrating as a new pet owner dealing with something contagious. They also didn’t use a UV light or perform any tests to confirm the diagnosis, which made me feel unsure about the accuracy. I would have appreciated more time, explanation, and reassurance about treatment and next steps. Overall, I felt rushed and unsupported during the visit.

We board our cat here a lot, and it's always been a wonderful and easy experience. They took us in on the fly today when we had some work done on our home and couldn't be around for a few hours. Absolutely flawless experience!

I was very impressed with the care and services we received! From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with a smile. Everyone was very caring and patient. This was my first time at a vet and our kittens first time also. The tech and doctor were AMAZING! All of our answers, questions and concerns were addressed. They explained everything in detail and never once did I feel rushed. I had additional questions for my other cat who has never been seen by a vet. The team took additional time answering those questions to ensure the visit for that cat goes smoothly. I was impressed that they were able to get him medication to help calm him down for the visit which took a huge amount of stress from me. Most importantly, I am very thankful that the team never made me feel judged due to my lack of knowledge from being a first time cat owner but instead educated me and made me feel empowered. The team definitely goes above and beyond!
