This is the best vet hands down. Always get us in quick and always and I mean always solve the issue! The prices are fantastic and I will forever recommend VCA! They love and care for my fur baby the same way I do! So grateful to have been recommended this place by a friend. Burrow will be a patient here forever! We could not be more satisfied and the staff are wonderful! 10/10 for sure

Our pet came down ill during a challenging time in our lives and they went above and beyond to help us get him back to a healthy and normal life. We moved from Georgia to Ohio a little over a year ago so finding a vet once we got settled and rescued our dog, it was very important to us. Our dog Penny went for her 1st visit today. The staff in the front, absolutely amazing with information. Once we went to the back, we were impressed with how friendly the tech was and Dr. Burger. Dr. Burger educated me very well with things to watch for and certain things to do for Penny because of her breed. I felt very comfortable with everyone there as did Penny. Thank you for all you do for animals. Definitely recommend this establishment.

First visit for free is a huge rip-off This is one of the worst run veterinarians I have ever seen before in my life. You cannot call them without being put on hold consistently further they make appointments that they cannot keep timely. The person that was working with me over the phone was nasty and negative. They left me and my dog sitting out in a hot vehicle in the middle of the Sun. If they respond to this like previous responses , they are not telling the whole story and they're just trying to smooth it over. The first visit for free is a rip-off in as much it is not for older dogs or for dogs with medical conditions.

Brought my 10 month old pup here because she was having some issues walking . We saw Dr. burger, we found her pretty rude , cutting us off if we had questions or comments , hardly listened to any answer she questioned . I’m giving 2 stars because it would have been 0-1 for her but Morgan the vet tech was amazing and if I could I’d give her 5 , the other vet tech that drew blood (didn’t get her name) wasn’t the greatest and poked around at least 15 times trying to find a vein . Their prices are insanity especially for low income people that are in desperate need for their animals as family . The new client $98 off coupon was nice but the OVERALL quote for care plan was very pricy so overall we were only able to do basics , exam and blood.

Great place. They always take care of my baby dog. Edit: I went to go give a review and forgot I already did. Five stars still stands. I absolutely love this place. Had a few new additions to my household and Dr. Mendoza made sure we were good to go! He's truly is all that and a bag of chips. Thank you from the Krauz family for caring for our fur babies 🙂

We were very excited to find this vet close to our home. We made our appointment and showed up for our appointment only to sit over an hour was still not being seen when we asked how much longer since our dog is a large dog and he was becoming upset we were told they did not know it was lunchtime. We then asked to cancel the appointment and left. They offered us a later appointment in that day, but at this point, we were apprehensive to bring him back and put him through that again. The most we’ve ever waited at our previous vet was maybe 20 minutes past appointment time due to an emergency. This was very unacceptable and we will not be returning.
