Eastex Veterinary Clinic

I been bringing my dogs and cats all the time and they always treat me & my animals like family great vet and beautiful sweet staff 5stars for sure

They are incredibly friendly and helpful. All you need to do is give them a call and schedule an appointment. I recently had my pet vaccinated here.

Absolutely fantastic! Everyone from the receptionist… to the techs… to, of course, the doctor were great. My cat, who because of treatment he had received elsewhere, almost melted in the hands of the techs as they pet him.😻It has been months since I had last heard him purring and there he was, purring loudly as they took care of him. What MORE could an animal loved want than to see people treat his pet with love??

They are very nice and kind to the animals. I recommend them to people that really LOVE their pets.

My family and I have always loved coming to this veterinary clinic. All of our dogs have received exceptional care by Dr Crenshaw. Recently, my mother called to set up an appointment and the lady over the phone was so rude and discriminative towards her. My mom doesn’t have the best English, but she tries her best. I am so disgusted by the way she was treated. I have always loved this clinic but after the recent service, we will start looking for new vets. It’s a shame that we’re in 2025 and people still act like this. No employee should be working there with that type of attitude. I will be calling first thing Monday morning.

I had to give them one star to give a review otherwise it would be a zero. It was my first and last time going there, the two ladies at the front desk were very rude and not very polite. There was no Greeting or anything from them and the same when I left. It wouldn't hurt them to have some manners and politeness. Worse Customer service from a business that I've ever experienced.they acted like I was a bother and that they really hate working there. I never got to meet the doctor but I'm sure if he hires employees like that then he's not much better.

So obviously you can’t help the rudeness of people but I just brought my baby there a few weeks ago and there a new front person! I absolutely love Dr Crenshaw and the nurses. Won’t bring my baby anywhere else!
