Dr. Herion and the entire team at the Animal Hospital are truly amazing! I am so grateful that we found this practice. Our boys absolutely love coming here and are always so excited to see everyone. You can tell how much the staff genuinely cares about the animals they treat. As someone who has been going to veterinarians for over 15 years, I can honestly say I have never been more impressed with a clinic. The kindness, patience, and compassion from every single person we’ve interacted with is incredible. Dr. Herion takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all of our questions, and never makes us feel rushed during visits. It’s clear that they truly care about both the pets and their owners. The visits are always very thorough, and we leave feeling confident that our dogs are receiving the best possible care. The entire team creates such a warm and welcoming environment, which makes a huge difference.

We have been in and out in another animal clinic but the issue still could not get resolved. I found this place after researching online looking for second opinion regarding my dog’s skin condition. Glad I found this place! I would like to thank Dr. Baker for all the help he provided for my dog, Koko. He was very patient, personable, accommodating, and I could really feel that he cares and was there to help. Dr. Baker was very thorough with explaining to me regarding Koko’s condition, his short term treatment plan as well as his long-term plan, which I really appreciate. Koko is now doing really good and his skin a lot better. The staff were also nice and friendly. Definitely recommend this place!!!

I’ve been bringing all my dogs here for years, and I truly appreciate the care and kindness Dr Baker the staff consistently show. They’ve always treated us like family, which is why I continue to trust them with my pet’s health. That said, during our most recent visit, 3 of my dog’s nails were trimmed too short, which led to blood all in my car and in the house It was stressful to deal with and definitely not what I expected based on our past experiences. I stopped the bleeding but walked him twice that evening and in the morning that started the bleeding all over again. Little expensive for a bad nail trim , more expensive for the clean up on my brand new carpet and time spent dealing with this. I know mistakes can happen, and this hasn’t been my typical experience here, so I’m hopeful it was just a one-time issue. I still value this clinic and the team, but I did want to share this feedback so extra care can be taken in the future.

They were so comforting to me when I had to put my cat down yesterday. So patient with me. Let me stay with her as long as I needed. They did not rush the process. Thank you.

Bartlett Animal Hospital was amazing today. We had two of our dogs treated at the same time, Freddie and Kilo, and Dr. Patrick Baker and Oscar made the whole experience smooth, calm, and easy. Kilo is usually a little temperamental, but he stayed surprisingly calm because the staff was so patient, gentle, and confident with him. Freddie, our gentle giant, handled everything like a breeze. You can tell the team truly knows how to work with different dog personalities and make them feel safe. The best part? Both dogs loved the treats at the end. 😂 Huge thank you to Dr. Baker, Oscar, and the Bartlett Animal Hospital team. We left feeling grateful, respected, and very well taken care of. Highly recommend!

We switched from Hanover Park and have had nothing but wonderful experiences since coming here. We absolutely love Bartlett Animal Hospital! Dr. Connor is hands down the best. Our other puppy had a hard time getting shots at our previous vet because she would move around too much, and they weren’t able to see her properly. Dr. Connor was patient, willing to try new approaches to help her feel calm, and he made the whole experience so much better. He said she did great and was able to get all of her shots successfully. The staff truly takes the time to talk with us about our dogs and their needs, which means so much. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals and their owners. We even recommended my sister come here, and she loves them too! Highly recommend Bartlett Animal Hospital.

I absolutely love this vet practice! Dr Baker is our veterinarian. He is the best! I have gone through many different ones. I'm so glad I found him. He is very thorough and explains everything in terms I understand. My dog loves him as well.
