From the receptionists, to the vet techs, to the veterinarians, everyone in this clinic is always so kind. They will always put the animal's well being and quality of life first. Army Trail Animal Hospital is the only veterinary clinic, other than Ness Exotic Wellness, that I feel 100% confident taking my rabbits, guinea pigs, and hamsters to.

We recently moved to Bartlett. Took my cat to Army Trail Animal Hospital for annual check-up. The staff was incredibly nice, and Dr. Shabib did a thorough, top-to-bottom exam, including checking teeth, ears, eyes, skin, and weight. He confirmed my cat is in good health and gave helpful advice.

Dr. Shabib at Army Trail Animal Hospital is absolutely wonderful! He’s always so caring and attentive with my cats. He’s compassionate, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. I tend to ask a lot of questions, but he’s always patient and never makes me feel like a paranoid cat mom. It’s clear he truly cares about both his patients and their humans. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Took my two cats in after one had been to the ER vet 2 weeks ago. Sick cat losing weight, other one gaining. Had a good discussion & lab work on sick cat. Changed food so we'll see. Lab stuff is pricey. Exams reasonable. Staff & vet very patient & kind.
