⭐☆☆☆☆ I will not be bringing my dog back to the grooming department at the Petco in Canton (Baltimore). While I was in the store, I witnessed a groomer aggressively yanking a dog not once, but twice. The grooming area has see-through windows, so customers can clearly see what is happening, and the dog was visibly uncomfortable and resisting being there. Instead of calming the dog or taking a gentler approach, the groomer appeared frustrated and handled the dog in a way that felt rough and inappropriate. Watching that made me extremely uncomfortable. No animal deserves to have someone take their frustration or anger out on them. Seeing this firsthand completely changed how safe I feel about this location’s grooming services. I do not feel comfortable trusting my dog with someone who handles animals that way. Her name is Yvonne at least that is how you pronounce it! This will also be shared to all social platforms! DO BETTER! That is ABUSE!!!!

Such an easy visit for both of my dogs’ shots to be updated. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and I will always utilize their services!

Overall, good experience. There was a bit of a wait. My appoint was at 11:30AM, and my dogs were seen at 12:08PM.

I paid $223 for my dog’s wellness package, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The notes from our visit were very different from what actually happened. The doctor never examined my dog at all, even though the notes stated he took his temperature and checked various body parts, none of that happened. At the time, I was confused but assumed maybe an exam wasn’t part of the visit since there wasn’t a clear list of included services. However, after reading the visit summary, it’s clear that what was documented did not match what took place. The overall experience was unwelcoming. The doctor didn’t even greet my dog , he immediately went straight to administering the vaccines. I chose this vet thinking it would be more affordable than my regular one, but it wasn’t, and the lack of care and attention made it feel like they’re more focused on money than genuine service. I’ve already reached out requesting a follow-up because my dog still needs an actual examination. Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer service and transparency

My 2 cats got shots. Appointment on time. They were great with the cats. Last time I did this was 2 years ago, the price has gone up. Will probably do it again next year.

They were helpful in finding a time to vaccinate by dog after I missed my appointment. great service

They could really do better at time management and a more less chaotic waiting a for the animals. People were scattered all over the store.
