You can safely ignore the negative reviews about this place, here is what I loved. Transparent billing, everything is discussed in the appointment and the Doctor did not jump to immediately suggesting the most expensive treatments. We came up with a cost effective treatment solution that was tailored to our needs. The Doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and took his time through the appointment to explain everything and answer all of my questions, I did not feel talked down to or talked at. It was a very pleasant experience. They treated my cat with absolute care and respect, I will not be taking my cats anywhere else this place is the real deal! Knowledgeable and caring staff make appointments here easy Also, the amount they charge for securing an appointment DOES get credited to your visit and goes towards your exam fee, not sure why other reviews said that it doesn’t. That is simply not true.

I had an outstanding experience at this cat hospital! From the moment we walked in, the staff went out of their way to make my kitty feel safe and comfortable. The facility was immaculately clean, calm, and clearly designed with cats in mind. Everyone we interacted with was warm, patient, and genuinely caring. They diagnosed my kitty quickly and thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and provided the proper medications with accurate dosage instructions. I was so relieved to see how relaxed my cat was throughout the visit—something that never happens at the vet! I’m incredibly grateful for the level of care we received from Dr. Brunt and her staff. Highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for exceptional feline-focused veterinary care.

Having changed to this cats-only vet practice from a general vet practice, my cat has never been more relaxed and comfortable. It's like he's blossomed into an entirely new animal from the care he's received from this vet practice; the vets and techs are all super kind, knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. Should I ever own cats in the future after my old boy someday leaves me, I'll definitely be bringing them to this same practice.

Cat Hospital at Towson has a lovely staff, cute interior, and today I learned there is parking in the back! I appreciate how communicative they are with upcoming appointments. I also feel like my cat was difficult to work with today, but the Doc and Vet Tech were very understanding and calm with him. I feel like we received 5 star care, and I would happily reccomend this vet for your cat(s).

I waited 2 weeks for an appointment with someone who specializes in cats as my 14 month old boy has had a chronic issue that 2 emergency vet visits have been unable to solve. Took off work early and drove in rush hour only to find out that they somehow never booked the appointment in their system even though they took the deposit. I will say the refunded the deposit promptly, however now I wasted 2 weeks where my little guy could have been in line elsewhere. Guess it’s back to the emergency vet for a 3rd try. I don’t recommend this place at all after this experience.

The doctors here are always so professional and kind. They will always happily answer any and all questions I have about my cats and their care.
