Banfield Pet Hospital

Our dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis. They gave him the necessary medication for the inflamation and he got better. We had good service with the Dr. and techs who took care of our dog.

Since moving to Arizona from Oregon, I hadn’t found a Banfield I genuinely liked. I felt the vets haven’t had the same compassion/care for my pets like they did in Oregon. Today I had an appointment at this location and I’m happy I finally found a vet that puts my mind at ease. To start, there was a mishap and they thought they left me a voicemail when they hadn’t and I guess they don’t do in room appointments which is a bummer. They were able to squeeze me in anyways and I’m very grateful for that. I was able to talk one on one with Dr. Fitch and he was so patient and kind. He made sure any questions I had wouldn’t go unanswered. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience.

I am a dental assistant and know how hard it can be to juggle a full schedule and these assistants really make it look like easy work. I LOVE going to this Banfield I am always greeted with the biggest smile and for me that is a pretty big deal! 🤩 She is very well spoiled and taken care of all because of you guys!!! We love Avondale Banfield!!

It feels like I am leaving my pets' care to extended family. They always use their names and remember past visits. They are knowledgeable and I never feel like any questions or concerns go unanswered. My dog actually gets excited when we pull into the parking lot! (The cats are never excited about car rides anywhere.)

My Pet name is Dobi. I have a German Shepherd who’s incredibly loyal and protective—an angel to me, but not always easy for others to handle. Recently, he had blood in his stool and needed urgent care. The team at Banfield Avondale was amazing. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, managing to examine and treat him in just one visit, despite his challenging temperament. The prescribed medication worked perfectly, and my dog is now back to his happy, healthy self with no symptoms. Incredible staff! They truly treat your pet like their own. Dr.Mac conducted my chi’s dental cleaning and he loved her. He was so happy with the vet tech too! He’s a spicy diva so it’s unusual for him to like any vets (or people). Also, the front desk is awesome. She’s so polite and welcoming. I went to a different location previously and it was terrible. I’m so happy I found another hospital that really cares for my baby! Please view his post-dental face on the video😂

Paid for office visit 70$ PD for my dogs allergy shot 97$, they also charged for administering shot 37$ and disposing of needle 6.22. Staff was pleasant but feels like Spirit airlines surprised didn't get charged for parking.
