We had an excellent experience at VEG ER with our Loki. The team was careful, thorough, and detail-oriented throughout the visit. They clearly explained everything, and never tried to upsell us on unnecessary tests or treatments. They had all needed testing and diagnostics in-house and able to be done that night. They diagnosed the issue and provided the medicine needed to resolve it. I would absolutely bring him back if we ever need emergency vet care again.

We’ve always had great experiences here but really appreciate Dr Wilson seeing our Milo, a blind and deaf husky, for some ongoing tummy troubles. On a stormy night the Dr showed concern for safe travel for our fosters and once onsite outlined the plan, again taking into consideration the late hours of the fosters. He was easy to talk with and ask questions to & very knowledgeable. Just a really great experience overall plus he showed a lot of consideration for our rescue funds. Dr Wilson stands out but we find every experience at VEG to be similiar, filled with compassionate, knowledgeable people who care about pets AND the people who are taking care of the pets. Milo shown here snoozing away while waiting on his test results.

Super caring team. They treated my timid girl so well, she got comfortable quickly and wasn't nearly as terrified as I expected. Everyone reassured me and explained every process to me in simple terms, and I even got some fun facts about kitten anatomy! I called after with a care question and they gave me helpful ideas and reassured me again. I was also speedily refunded for the items/procedures that didn't end up happening. Got pretty busy around the middle of the day, but I think it's really worth a visit. The team is so trustworthy, gentle, and enthusiastic about vet care.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with VEG Arboretum! This was my first time having to take my dog Leo in with an emergent situation and as you can imagine, stress and emotions were high. As I was leaving my normal vets office to drive over there I called them and they told me they would have a room ready and waiting for him and reassured me. When I arrived, the staff was so kind and comforting and made sure that we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Dr Pearson was so thorough in her assessment and explanations of the situation and presented the different treatment options and cost breakdowns so there was transparency throughout the whole process. During his procedure, she was meticulous and even had other members of the staff verify that all foreign material had been cleared out. The nurses/techs were also amazing. They showed so much love to my boy and encouragement to myself. Even the staff that wasn’t directly responsible for Leo’s care were available to provide support as needed. The teamwork, dedication and compassion of this staff is unmatched. Hopefully we will not have to have too many more emergency visits in his life, but if we do we will definitely return to VEG Arboretum!

Very well run emergency vet clinic. We were seen promptly and given a private room for our cat. Everyone was so kind and patient. The vets we worked with, Dr Keifer and Dr. Sarbry, were knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly examine and explain treatment options. Our cat had a suspected obstruction so we first took a conservative approach of fluids and monitoring for 8 hours. When that didn’t work, Dr. Keifer performed surgery. The surgery was quick and successful. Throughout our stay the staff was very gentle and patient with our girl even though she was very "spicy". I really appreciated that we felt so welcome to stay as long as we wanted and to be part of her care. We were even invited to watch the surgery. I highly recommend VEG for pet emergencies.

Just brought our puppy here after an accidental ingestion. the vets and vet nurses were so accommodating and informative. they took great care of our pup and didn’t scare him or us. a tad on the more expensive side, but good care normally is.
