It always feels so good to come in to Chewy. We feel so welcomed and most especially understood!! We feel like our Molly is always the star of the show when she comes to visit. Our Dr is amazing - Dr Loke has provided us with simple fail proof instructions, best recommendations, and assessment of Molly that we (I) can understand. The entire care team was just kind and patient as we checked in and did her vitals. A true stand out moment for us is how the tech team listens to you - they don’t dismiss any of your concerns. They provide assurance that you’re doing your best and your best is good and that it’s always just gonna get better! Thank you, and please keep it up. In my experience with other Vet clinics (with other family member pets) it wasn’t near the Chewy vibe. Too nervous to even consider going anywhere for sure! There is no better vet clinic in Austin than this one. We’ve been going here for over a year and have never had a single bad experience. The entire staff treat us like family and know our dogs so well. We’ve had everything from dental work to help with back injuries to regular check ups here. My guy Ezra (pictured) is a very reactive dog. Our first visit I muzzled him to be sure everyone was safe. The techs not only clear the lobby if we’re coming in to reduce any dog reactivity, they also put us in a calming room. Within 5 minutes Ezra didn’t need the muzzle because he could trust everyone. I can’t tell you what it’s like to see your reactive dog get excited to walk into the vet clinic. I get pretty emotionally knowing other people get to see my dog the way I do instead of the reactive version of himself. The doctors always communicate thoroughly and it’s evident how much they care. The techs are so kind and treat our dogs like royalty. Thank you to everyone for taking care of our family and making this such a safe place for us. We love having you as our vet!

While traveling full-time, finding trustworthy care for my service dog is a top priority—and Chewy Vet Care exceeded every expectation. The clinic is spotless, the front desk team is warm and welcoming, and we were seen almost immediately. Christina, the assistant, was kind and thorough, and Dr. Shaver was knowledgeable, efficient, and reassuring. We were in and out in about 45 minutes with a full exam, testing, diagnosis, and treatment. Lexie had a mild infection, received medication and an injection, and was already feeling better. What really stood out was the follow-up—they called the very next day to check on her and scheduled a two-week follow-up. Highly recommend if you’re in Austin and want excellent, efficient, and genuinely caring veterinary service. 🐾

I had the best experience at Chewy Vet - The Triangle. My beloved good boy, Fletcher, started coughing and was not at all like himself. It was pretty late at night when I called. I was surprised to speak to a (very kind) human, who got us scheduled for the following morning. Upon arriving, the lady at the front desk helped us through the door and made me a Nespresso coffee while we waited. I loved the atmosphere. It was calm and noticeably quiet in the lobby. I usually find vet offices really overstimulating. Dr. Loke and our vet tech were very kind and thorough. We needed an xray and later, an echo. I was impressed all the way through by how much time everyone took to explain everything to me. I also feel that the staff went above and beyond in getting Fletcher added to the schedule for the next day’s echo. I was given the opportunity to see estimates before each procedure. At the end of our first visit, I was given a $50 Chewy gift card, some treats, and two cat toys. I just checked my mailbox to find that Chewy also sent us an engraved tag with my phone number for Fletcher. Genuinely, so thoughtful. I felt really well cared for and I knew my kitty was in excellent hands throughout every interaction with every staff member. I am so grateful to have found Chewy Vet. My boy is back to himself and healthy again.

Highly highly recommend Chewy Vet Care! Absolutely loved my experience here. Brought in my 15 year old girl & she had the best time. My tech Kara was so sweet and patient with us. Dr. Reeves was amazing & answered all my questions that day! I even got a follow up call the next day to see how she was doing! Dr. Glowski went over lab work with me & was so kind & comforting! Everyone was so friendly & inviting! Would HIGHLY recommend bringing your fur babies here! ♥️♥️♥️

Before I even entered the building the staff helped me with getting my dog settled in. They were so patient and kind to my dog from the beginning to the end. Dr. S f Kava provided me with so much information and options to help my dog’s wound heal. If y’all appreciate a friendly and professional vet who will do their best to help your dog feel at ease I 100% recommend taking your pet here. They gave her a gift bag which was a cherry on top!
