I recently brought my dog Rocky to this clinic and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they took excellent care of Rocky. The vet listened attentively to my concerns and provided clear explanations about Rocky's treatment options, and prices. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service we received here.
We've taken our kitten there twice for well checks. They offered tests that we didn't even know about. When we went in they almost immediately whisked kitty away and took good care of him (evaluated, vaccines, fecal exam, nail trims)and there were treats involved. 😆 I cant speak for a true emergency though. We just adopted a another kitten and will be taking her here too. The staff here are wonderful. They are very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is that they only see small animals.
I am from Gadsden but in Auburn for the weekend and my dog was attacked by another dog. Although they were busy, they made an appointment for me later in the day. I had never utilized Dr Thomas in the past, but have walked by her clinic numerous times. She was so good with my dog, full of knowledge and has a fantastic "bed side manner." I hope I will not need her services again, but will not hesitate to use her again. I highly recommend Dr Thomas and N Gay Vet Clinic!
Thank you to Dr. Thomas and your entire staff for the great care, patience, and treatment you have given to Peanut. He truly enjoy coming. Thank you for your great customer service.
Prior to moving to Auburn almost ten years ago, our three year old cat (Chops) had already been diagnosed with HCM (hyperthropic cardiomyopathy) and had been given one year to live. Martha Thomas confirmed the diagnosis, but through modification of diet, regular testing and combination of three different drugs, Chops live another active 10 years. The absolutely best pet I have ever owned, those were 10 precious years of memories and I am convinced that without Martha's expertise and constant care, the original prognosis would have been correct. To Martha, being a vet is not just a profession, it is a calling. I cannot imagine another vet that has more knowledge or genuine concern for her patients.
From the moment I contacted them to schedule an appointment for my cat, through to the time I collected her, the entire team was exceptionally kind, supportive, and efficient, ensuring everything proceeded seamlessly. Normally, I find myself anxious in such situations, but the staff and the veterinarian were incredibly reassuring, leaving me without a single worry. Their gentle handling and care for my cat truly stood out. I appreciate them all. Highly recommend!
Dr. Thomas has given our dogs expert and compassionate care for many years. The knowledge she brings to the practice is most impressive, as is the genuine concern she shows pets and their owners. We feel privileged to have access to such high quality medical care. She and her staff are terrific!
