Vet Tech Tori and Dr. Antonio Jackson were friendly, informative, and—best of all—explained prices and treatment plans upfront. They both shared that they can customize treatment plans based on priority and budget, gradually escalating from the least expensive options to more advanced care as needed. My cat loved both Tori and Dr. Jackson. When I walked in, I was immediately seen by the vet tech—there was no long wait. In fact, I completed the entire visit, including diagnostic testing and starting treatment, within an hour. I feel great supporting this small, locally owned business instead of corporate vets that have overcharged me in the past.

The day my cat was suddenly diagnosed with Stage 4 kidney disease was the saddest day of my life. I was completely devastated and terrified of what the future would look like for my best friend. From the very beginning, Dr. Jackson, Tony, and Tori were extraordinary. They treated both my cat and me with an incredible level of compassion, patience, and care. Dr. Jackson took the time to answer every single question I had, no matter how many times I asked or how emotional I was, and never once made me feel rushed or foolish. He walked me through everything in detail and helped me understand exactly what was happening and what we could do moving forward. Today, my cat is stable, happy, and receiving the best care possible, and I truly believe we wouldn't be where we are without this team. In many ways, they helped take care of me, too. If you want a veterinary clinic that genuinely cares about your pet and treats them like family, Soft Paws is absolutely the place to go. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Jackson, Tony, and Tori for giving me more quality time with my precious fur baby.

Everyone is so kind and attentive. I felt like they truly cared for my dog as if she was their own. They answered my questions eagerly and with great detail. The staff was so gentle with my sick baby. They followed up the next day to check on her, too. As well as encouraging me to contact them if I had questions or concerns. I went there in a pinch because my regular vet wasn’t available. I would definitely go back!

I cannot praise Dr. Jackson and his technician, Tori, enough for taking such great care of my pup! I appreciated the time Dr. Jackson took to walk me through all possible treatments, keeping cost in mind. Soft Paws is an incredible clinic and I look forward to following along as the practice grows!

Dr. Jackson and his team have Incredible care, great attention to detail and reasonable (adjustable to budget) pricing. Everyone was super transparent and very sympathetic to my babies conditions. I was given the opportunity for my baby to be examined in room with me, there’s a pull down table. I was given options for medicines and treatments. I’ll definitely be bringing my pup back! Last Friday, I adopted my six-month-old pitbull, Junie Bee, from LifeLine Animal Project, and I was absolutely over the moon. About a week later, she unfortunately came down with a pretty bad case of kennel cough. From the moment I called, I knew we were in good hands. I spoke with Tony at the front desk, and he was incredible—kind, thoughtful, and genuinely personable. They were even able to fit me in for a 7 PM appointment, and the entire process was seamless. When the veterinarian—Dr.Jackson —came out to meet Junie Bee and me, I was truly impressed. The level of care, attention, and compassion they both showed was outstanding. They make such a great team, and it’s clear they genuinely love what they do. The clinic itself is clean, welcoming, and well-run. I feel so relieved and grateful to have found a place I completely trust with my dog’s care.
