Chewy Vet Care Midtown

Took my 4 yr old Goldendoodle for his annual check up and vaccines and it was incredible. It was clean, cute, and the team was so kind. We've been going to VCA Midtown since he was born but wanted to try a new vet. Hands down the greatest decision we made. Transparent pricing and no unnecessary "suggestions" for treatment. I'm actually still sitting in the office writing this review while they are giving my pup his shots because and can't contain my joy. They even offered me coffee, tea or water while I waiting. This place feels like a hotel and my dog was cared for so well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

All of the staff was very attentive and kind, I really appreciated the little details (plenty of treats for my pet, water/coffee for humans, pheromone diffusers and cat hideaways in the rooms). The place as a whole looked clean and we were seen very quickly! Parking was the only thing that could have caused confusion, but there was signage throughout the deck and they remember to validate your ticket before you go. Dr.Gross & Ari were sweet, clear, and answered all my questions. Great first experience here!

If you need a vet in Midtown, this is the one to go to!! Dr. Gross, Bissy and Ariana were 10/10 AMAZING! I brought my cat today for a last minute appointment and they were accommodating given their schedule. They were very thorough with the exam and very informative when it came to her treatment and the estimate beforehand. They kept me in the loop about how she was doing on their treatment area so it was a relief that she was being tended to and given lots of love and affection; she even fell asleep in their arm’s so I know she was super comfy. The clinic itself was clean and cozy and the receptionist gave my cat treats while I waited in the lobby. Chewy definitely exceeded my standards and is now my new go to vet for my fur babies !! ☺️

Chewy Midtown Fivestars all around I had such a great experience, bringing my two dogs and my cat into chewy on yesterday. The staff there was very welcoming and they treated my pets as if they were their own the doctor. Oh, she was a one one of my pups had an issue with his ear and they were able to fix it right away my cat. She has some digestive issues they were able to give me the medication I needed and treat her on the spot if you’re looking for a primary care vet for your animal, please visit chewy Midtown you won’t be disappointed.

1000/10 experience. Hard to believe this is one of the more affordable places in the area given the caliber of service they give. This experience was by far the best vet experience I've ever had. I was really surprised by the boutique interior and never realized how much a sterile environment contributed to anxiety when a pet wasn't feeling well - but the warm lights, comfort of the lobby and rooms, and beyond excellent customer service from the beginning made a huge difference. Dr. Bailey and Brandon were the best vet team I've had in the 11 years I've been with Tucker. They went above and beyond to make me feel like they loved him and wanted to heal him, and explained everything thoroughly and didn't make me feel rushed to leave without asking questions. Jas, the facility manager, came in to personally introduce herself and ensure our care was up to their standards and ask if I needed anything. We had to get x-rays done and Dr. Bailey chased me down the street after we left to give me the results so I'd have peace of mind going into the weekend. I was thankful to be able to make a last-minute appointment to have some hot spots looked at when our regular vet wouldn't be able to get us in for days. The office was super clean, and the staff was really caring. The parking situation was a little confusing post-visit (I had to go back to the office for instructions and found out I needed a door code, but not a big deal). It also would be great if they could submit the claim to Trupanion, but they weren't set up yet - hopefully soon! We were sent home with our meds, a soft frisbee, a stuffed toy, a ton of treats, and a certificate of bravery for Miss June. While they seemed to be working out a few very minor operational issues, they were on point with the important things: they got us in quickly, were kind and knowledgeable, and the doctor addressed all of our concerns. Really happy we tried out Chewy Vet this morning!

I had an excellent experience at Chewy Vet Care Midtown and couldn’t be happier with our visit. The clinic is extremely clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed—the rooms and decor are warm and welcoming, which made the entire experience feel calm and stress-free. The location was incredibly convenient and within walking distance from my home, which was a huge plus. Dr. Gross and Clinton were both so kind, patient, and gentle with my puppy, Anton Pavel. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, which I really appreciated as a new pet parent. I also loved the online portal—it was easy to use, well-organized, and made follow-up and communication seamless. As a sweet final touch, Anton Pavel was given a "Certificate of Bravery" for being the bravest boy, which absolutely made my day. Highly recommend Chewy Vet Care Midtown to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable care in a welcoming environment. 🐾💙
