I’ve been taking my Cavapoo, Obie, here since he was a puppy and he’s 8 now. I can’t sing their praises enough and I have never felt like he wasn’t in good hands here. We’ve had some health scares with a heart murmur as well as dental work and the doctors here have always kept me informed throughout and have always been so kind, caring, and gentle with Obie. Reception has always been really helpful and I love how they always check in with us after visits. We most recently met with Dr. Yau and she was great in checking him out. I left with a specimen cup to collect a urine sample for him and on the cup under the notes section they wrote "sweetie pie". It put a huge smile on my face. Keep up the great work guys. Thanks for the 10/10 care for my boy.

Been going here for years. Recently my cat was very sick and unfortunently had to make a difficult decision. Vets were very helpfull and amazing. Helped me get thru a loss of a pet that i loved very much. So sweet how they handled my situation and comforted my wife and I. Very thankfull for soo much help during very tuff time. Even sent a card very thoughtfull. Appriciate their serivce.

I took my dog to see Dr. Fitzgerald after a harrowing evening of seeing my dogs jaw lock in place. We suspect it’s MMM. The team at AVG took the time to listen to our concerns and formulated a plan of action. My doggie is now on medication. We are still awaiting blood results for the MMM serum, but I have no doubt the team at AVG will be with us every step of the way. Thank you AVG, Dr. Fitzgerald and the manager for being patient and concerned for my dog as if it were their own.

Have been bringing my elderly dog here for the past several years. Her last several appointments were with Dr. Yau, who I cannot recommend enough. Dr. Yau is highly competent, trustworthy and compassionate. She thoroughly addresses concerns and issues my dog is having. She offers options for treatments and what I truly appreciate is that she will initially provide the cost of treatments before administering. I always request her for my dog’s visits.

We have been coming to AVG for over 40 years and continue to be very pleased with the care our pets have received. Last week, our dog Leyla had her annual exam. Dr. Yau was excellent. She was very thoughtful and thorough as she examined Leyla and explained everything to us in great detail. The technician Rosa was also excellent in how she gently handled Leyla during the exam and also gave us good directions. We also want to commend the professionalism and courtesy of the front desk staff and Sorrell the AVG GM whom has also serviced us for over 40 years and has our undeniable trust! Continue providing such outstanding care .

Have been using a AVG for a looooong time. Currently, Dr Fitzgerald is the doctor I use for my cat and she is wonderful. She listens and answers my questions and is thorough and loving to my cat. Also, the front desk people and the techs are great and helpful. 😊

I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share how grateful I am for the care we received at AVG. My cat hadn’t eaten for two full days, so I first took her to an urgent care clinic. After a very long wait and being overcharged, I was relieved when today George accommodated us as soon as a spot opened up. Dr. Yau was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, calm, and caring, which helped both my cat and me feel much more at ease after such a stressful experience. I really appreciated her honest, objective recommendations. So far, we’ve taken two of our four pets there, and the care has been excellent both times. Thank you to Dr. Yau, George, and the entire team for your kindness. See you soon!
