This was our first experience at Ashland Animal Hospital and it couldn’t have been better. The staff was super welcoming and the doctor was knowledgeable and took time to really talk to me. The hospital was clean and welcoming. I am really happy we found them.
Just took my 5 year old Shih Tzu for the first time. Everyone from front desk, the tech and the Vet were all so kind and took time to answer any of my questions. I didn't feel rushed and I felt comfortable and understood the information provided. My dog was in typical Shih tzu mode. She had a lot to say and the vet sat on the floor just trying to make friends.
My family has been bringing our pets here for 20 years. They have always been very thorough and communicative.
Always caring and thorough when examining my 2 fur babies. A very calming atmosphere. The vet’s and tech’s are all very knowledgeable and I always feel comfortable after they have been examined.
Dr. Laura is the nicest, most compassionate vet we have ever seen. I was in today with my senior cat Harry and my dog Teddy, both dread the vet, for their annual visit. Dr. Laura spent so much time really listening to everything I was saying and addressing all my concerns for both animals. She was also patient dealing with both pets that didn't want to be approached or handled. Both are loves but scardy cats at the vet. I have been contemplating changing vets only bc we live in Westborough and there are closer options but not after today's visit. The front of the house got us into a room promptly and were very friendly. Extra accommodating by letting us check out in the exam room which I so appreciated avoiding a potentially busy waiting area. That type of service really goes a long way and I can't thank them enough for that.

Arrived at the Ashland Animal Hospital early for appointment and they were able to take me earlier than expected. Very thorough in their work. Was not rushed. All employees were very personable. Would highly recommend this hospital.
