This team cared for my first and only dog, Lucy, throughout her long, beautiful life, and I truly cannot recommend them enough. Lucy was always nervous around other dogs and especially anxious at other vet offices, but here she was treated with so much patience and gentleness. They took the time to understand her personality and made her feel safe, which meant everything to me. For routine visits, they were always thorough and attentive, and anytime I had questions or concerns, they went above and beyond to help. I never felt rushed or dismissed. When it came time to make the incredibly difficult decision at the end of her life, they were beyond exceptional. Their compassion and kindness made one of the hardest days of my life a little more bearable. They even personally checked in a week or two after Lucy passed, which meant more to me than they will ever know. I will always be grateful for the love, dignity, and care they showed Lucy — and for the support they gave me.

Absolutely fabulous!! Dr Gragg was amazing helping me figure out the best path to take to help my pup Fern. She was so kind and knowledgeable. Our Tech Heather was amazing as well! I am so glad I brought my puppy here.

I cannot say enough good things about this animal hospital. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you with kindness and genuine care. They are not only compassionate but also incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and making sure both you and your pet feel comfortable. What stands out most is the level of compassion they show—not just treating your pet like a patient, but like family. Every visit feels personal, and I always leave knowing my pet is in the very best hands. Their attention to detail, patience, and dedication to animal well-being is unmatched. I wouldn’t trust my pets with anyone else. This team goes above and beyond, and I’m so grateful to have them in our community.

The Pet Vet is an amazing facility. I brought my wild kitty Billie Jean in for her first visit and it far surpassed my expectations. First there is a side for kitties and a side for doggos so that no one is stressed. Then there are blankets on the counter that have calming pheromones on them to drape over your cat carrier to keep your friend relaxed. Once you get into the room there are kitty plug ins that release pheromones that mother cats release to keep kitties calm! I immediately purchased two when I got home from Amazon. To note there's also a plug for dogs that eases tension! The veterinarian was so gentle and sweet with Billie Jean and gave me all kinds of useful information as she is my first kitty! I HIGHLY recommend bringing your furry friends to this wonderful establishment.

My first visit! Staff were amazing and very helpful. Lots of smiling faces. They were upfront about pricing as well as offering their expertise of what’s definitely recommended for my pup and what’s not absolutely necessary. Looking forward to more visits. River is so lucky to have them!

Took 3 older dogs in for boarding for 2 weeks. Dogs were nervous in unfamiliar surroundings, which resulted in diarrhea in 2 of 3 dogs. Staff handled this problem well - contacted us, our designated contact, and alerted the Vets about issues. Situation was handled with meds and special food for digestion issues. Staff was attentive to all of my dogs needs, with all 3 dogs looking healthy and happy upon our return. I appreciate the care and attention paid to my animals, even though they presented some challenges to the staff.

My dogs love it when I pull in the parking lot and can't wait to get out the car. Everyone is very nice and do they job very well. Make sure they are up to date on all medical and will let you know if they see any changes in your pets behavior. Love the workers ❤❤❤❤❤
