Banfield Pet Hospital

Oliver and I always have great visits when we see the doctors and their team at Banfield! Today Oliver was treated by Dr. Cooke for diarrhea which my little boy has had for over a week now… She prescribed two types of food that will be good for him and help hopefully stop his colitis as well as some prebiotic and probiotic powder for his food. I feel great about his treatment and mine every time we go; today we needed time and attention and that’s what we got and we are very grateful! I highly recommend the whole group over at Banfield for your pet’s medical care!

I experienced great care and treatment of my dog and myself. The y were aware of my stress over the illness of my dog and were Making me feel more relaxed. They know my dog and me. Always feel welcome, Jeremy and his office staff are great. They treat my dog like he was extremely important to them. Dr. Kern is one of the best Bets I have had over the years. She is sensitive, thorough, efficient and advised me of the best treatment plans for my dog during an illness and gives him excellent care during routine exams. I have been to many Banfields from NC SC and Fl. This is one of the best. Thank you Banfield for taking care of my Jack and me!!!

Service has been fine for us but the wait times are ludicrous every single visit (multiple locations). We’ve been sitting here for an hour after the checkup was completed. Will be cancelling our plan before it auto-renews, honestly just because of the this. Also, the plan isn’t worth the money if your pet is younger. If you’re going quite a lot and your pet is older with chronic conditions then yeah sure. Otherwise you’re overpaying by a lot. Take a look at the math first before you sign up.

I found it hard to believe these folk did not even know what ear mites looked like. And when asked to take a sample and diagnose what it was, they said they didn't want to because it might hurt. Recommend changing her food. I will never take my pets to them again.

so glad they are open on the weekend! they were able to get my girl in very quickly for her injured foot, were super friendly, and were super affordable. definitely will be returning.

Kind, professional and helpful staff. They were fantastic with my cat and really made me feel better about the situation. Now she's happy and healthy again.
