Banfield Pet Hospital

I’ve had such a positive experience with Banfield Pet Hospital over the years. They’ve been taking care of my senior dog for a long time now, and I’ve always felt like he’s in good hands. The doctors here are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely care about the animals they treat. This location in particular has been consistently great—friendly staff, clean environment, and they take the time to explain things so you feel comfortable with your pet’s care. As a pet owner, especially with an older dog, that kind of trust means everything. I definitely recommend this Banfield location to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate veterinary care.

We take all our dogs here. They are great with all the different personalities our dogs bring to the table. Super cool place.

Don't go to this location unless you want to waste time and gas. Their website/online scheduling said that they were open May 10th. I had a sick dog who needed care and scheduled her an appointment. I drove 30 minutes with my sick dog, just to roll up and see that the door was locked and phones were off. I left a message and never received a call back. Extremely unprofessional.

Showed up to our appt. Only for them to say that they had actually canceled it.. (a phone call would of been nice) and a different lady without knowing what front desk was already doing (which was rescheduling) just shouts "way too early can’t do that at all" overall very unprofessional and rude and not too mention how dusty and dirty the facility was.

My dog is 14 and he is getting wonderful care. You can get in quickly if your pet is ill. All the vets are very well educated and also recommend probiotics and alternative treatments too

The staff at Banfield is always helpful and attentive to my pets needs. The vets are thorough & knowledgeable. The front desk staff are professional and courteous.

I wanted to thank Dr. Hinds and the team at Banfield for their love and compassion in helping us let go of our son, Stealth. We switched our cats to Banfield from Cheshire Cat hospital for a variety of reasons. Dr. Walden is our dog's vet at Banfield and he's wonderful and thorough so I knew our senior cats would be in excellent hands with their new vet. Unfortunately, our son was diagnosed with oral cancer and instead of pushing painful and expensive treatments on us, Dr. Hinds gave us options and in her professional opinion, she recommended palliative care - which is what we really wanted for him. She told us that no matter when we were ready to let him go she would be available. She was wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised by the suite we got for the process. The front desk technician put a candle out and card for our baby. The day before the appointment, several techs came to say goodbye to him - i was so touched. During his appointment, they gave us all the time we wanted with him through the process. I definitely cried ugly tears but I'm so grateful to our Banfield vet and team for everything they did for our boy. I definitely recommend this place.
