Main Line Urgent Vet

Can’t say enough great things about Main Line Urgent Vet. Not only is their facility the cleanest veterinary office I’ve ever been to, but everyone there is incredibly kind and welcoming. Hailee made sure our cat was comfortable and had everything she needed, and she kept us updated every step of the way. Her kindness really stood out—you can tell she treats every animal like her own. Dr. Goyle is just as wonderful—so gentle and compassionate with our kitty. She explained everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I will absolutely return when needed and recommend them to everyone. I even traveled all the way from Pottstown because of their reviews and the impression from my initial call, and it was completely worth it. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our baby!

On a Sunday afternoon, my sweet 13 year-old terrier got wonderful care. I thought she was dying, because she was having a very hard time breathing. They took her in immediately, gave her oxygen, she was assessed by the vet Who came out and gave me a thorough explanation about what was wrong. She had.pleural Effusion, most likely caused by cancer. And I was given several options for her treatment. They ended up draining over a liter of fluid from her lungs, and I could bring her home on prednisone, which would help decrease inflammation and reduce the growth of whatever cancer she’s got. Yesterday she hadn’t eaten In almost 10 days, but she was able to eat today and is resting comfortably. I was given options for follow up and was told about.Laps of Love To help me plan for the end of her life. Everyone at Urgent care was kind and supportive and very knowledgeable. They gave me time to be able to bring my dog home and share some extra special love at the end of her life. It wasn’t inexpensive but I have no complaint. I would give this facility a 500 star recommendation.

I was so grateful for the wonderful care given to my dog. Everyone was so kind. They spoke with me about everything that needed to be done, how much it would cost. Dr. Robin & staff were wonderful! Highly recommend if your fur baby is sick!

Our experience at this practice was outstanding. They were open when we needed them. They took care of us quickly. Dr. Goyle was warm and friendly; she asked all the right questions and came to a well-reasoned and spot on diagnosis of our dog’s ailment.

Five stars isn’t enough. I brought my cat Riley in for an ingrown nail, and let me just say: Riley is a sweet cat that turns full Jekyll at the vet. Truly feral princess energy. I walked in already embarrassed and anxious, expecting chaos… and instead every single person here treated her with so much love and patience it almost broke my brain. The vet and tech were beyond amazing—calm, gentle, genuinely kind. They made me feel at ease even when Riley was being her dramatic little gremlin self. I thought I’d messed up by not catching the nail sooner, but they reassured me I actually got her in right on time. They even tracked down her collar (which understandably fell off in the flurry of witchcraft), called me multiple times with updates after her visit, and then lovingly put it back on her carrier —securely latched— like she was their own pet. And shoutout to the receptionist, who was just as warm and helpful and made the whole experience feel safe. I didn’t even know this vet existed before 48 hours ago and now I would trust them with Riley any day. Absolutely incredible team. Highly, highly recommend.

I have been to Mainline Urgent Vet a number of times. We have had the same veterinarian for many years and we are very happy with him. However, there are times that he cannot see our dogs. During those times we had gone to Mainline Urgent Vet and could not be happier with the service and professionalism we experienced. Everything was done thoroughly and with such kindness. We are so happy to have them right in our backyard and recommend highly to everyone.

When my primary vet couldn’t see my girl Penelope (they were completely booked) and they highly recommended Mainline Urgent Vet. We called and were greeted warmly by Sophie, being able to rush right over and have Penny get seen by a vet. The staff including Dr Goyle was very friendly and handled Penny very well, and the diagnosis was well explained to us and how to go about treating our girl. I’d highly recommend this Vet office to anyone needing to see someone immediately.
