The staff was so kind and did very well with my puppy! As a first time pet parent, they did a great job explaining everything to me so I felt comfortable and in control. They gave me a binder full of incredibly helpful information which I refer to often. Thank you Crossroads!

10 months ago, I lost my beloved dog, Coco! The compassion that we received during her final goodbye was beyond belief. Fast forward to today, I brought in my new love, Nova. She was adored and treated with such love and kindness. This group makes us feel like we’re a part of the family!

I loved my old vet in Neenah where I had been taking my pets since 1983. After the business was sold, the quality of care and lack of compassion for animals was shocking. I shopped around and found Crossroads. I have been very happy with the care provided. Even my anxious terriers have been treated with the utmost compassion. The staff are all kind, attentive, and knowledgeable, from the receptionists, to the vet techs, and the doctors. I think we have seen every doctor on staff and they are all excellent.
